Opportunity to Grow
No supervision, helps to relax and strategies. The relationship with workers is build up and by management and culture. I've learned to mind my business and persue my goals, I enjoyed traveling and working with different people from the field and the challenging aspect is there will never be a a black regional manager.

The company is very huge.
I will never work for TCC again.They treat employees bad.they deduct money from our salaries as leverage which is illegal. The people that were managing the Learnership only had matric.They didn't have a clue what to teach graduates because of the limited education they had.they lied in the advertisement we were suppose to work in Marketing department within the organisation but we were placed as instore promoter at all times.

I am a hard worker willing to take any challenge.and a fast learner.
I am a hard worker willing to take any challenge.and a fast learner. I go along very easy with team work with the co-workers and as much as it is not easy working with customers I can handle it just fine.by understanding a customer because everyday and every customer have different personalities and behaviour. Thats why I have learnt to help them with respect and understand their different personalities.

Growth with lots of tasks and responsibiltites
Team work is the of high importance, attention to details and meeting deadline. Reporting and resolving issues in stores with in a short period of time Time management and planning Relationship Building. Lots of driving involved The challenging part is remembering a lot of instructions that come at any given time and difficult store managers or short staffed stores .
Pros: Managing an area with lots of stores
Cons: Long working hours, Project no develepment or growth, no bonus or salary increase.

Sales agent
Working with people on Daily basis, reaching targets. Selling and distributing clients product (Vodacom). Most challenging things when customer's complaints about data loss and will try to convince customer how to maintain their own data and airtime. Answering calls ,taking orders ,promo items and filling documents that I collected to each stock that I was placed in. I was enjoying my job and waking every day looking forward to a day assisting customers with Vodacom products.

Develop my people skills,know how to work with different personalities.
Provide customers with a solutions, Book service calls Train in store sales person Make sure I have enough stock,and that the brand's brief is implimanted in the store.

Not quite a fair environment
Too much of favouritism Little opportunity for growth Not allowed to voice your opinion Lots of politics Certain stafffall under protected species. Getting away with things Breaks the morale of individuals

Needs not met
Morning meetings with clients in the field. Relationship with colleagues is on point, work well as a team . For the four years I have been working for the creative counsel, I have learnt that if you want something you need to get up and go for it. What's enjoyable about the work is having in store promotions and interacting with customers. Unresolved issues on postpaid clients having difficulties with there packages.
