Excellent time management

I am self motivated,self disciplined and self respect..i like working both individual and in team.My weakness is fast decision making .I get nervous when talking to strangers .I like working with my hand as well.I learned to pack on pallet on different patterns and i also learned how to operate labelling machine.

Good stepping stone

After being unemployed for 3 years the day of 24 April 2012 God opened a door no one could shut. In the beginning stages it was tough becoz I had to be competitive at all time ,so I studied my competitors ,watch how they do tbing s and then I just hit them with there own medicine lmk.I've learn somuch that I've work so close with my manager he truted me with somuch and more when heask me to do something I just said yes because he would do it for me but now after 5 years our company and workers starring retrenchment in the face

Challenging Environment

Difficult work environment as there is not much work life balance or flexibility, considering it is an IT environment and the technology is available. Love my colleagues who are encouraging and trying to find better ways to work together. Challenges in projects are around non dedicated resources which impacts delivery. Too much focus on governance.

I learnt to take responsibility when am doing my job and how to handle different customers

My experience in the company helped me for being responsible and it was nice loving what am doing and also willing to learn more in the fielď of work and being hygenic at all times ,also time managenent. And my colleagues were good, advising alltimes

Pros: Yes opportunities i was willing to be because i was in charge when my senior colleague was not at work or on a leave off
Cons: 40hours a week 8 hours per day

I personally believe that I am most capable of adding value to any organisation at which I am employed, due to the fact that I have an enthusiasm for working and interacting with people, it can be proven that I am indeed a fantastic team-worker even though working on my own often highlights that I am productive and efficient in my tasks

Quality Control

I woek in the factory that produces juice. I work in the lab as well as in the factory (foing online check for finished products). A typical day at work consists of interaction with the production workers and mixers. My job ad a quality control technician requires more of team work and excellent communication, which is something I've built between me and my colleuges. I have learnt to find solutions to different problems at work,and to manage people and also how to get along with different people at work,my communication and presentation skills have improved. I enjoy interacting with people ans ensuring that we have quality products in the daily basis.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth in my career

Excellent learning curve

I worked at packo as a line production supervisor it was a great experience. Do production analysis.supervise both day and night shift.do stork take and work on week ends.
