A disastrously learning curve

Working very hard but not recognized. A better understanding with fellow employees. Nit to expect better results from management, learning automatic machines, always you to perform evn with a lot of machines breakdowns.

Fast learner

Im Sicelo i stay in Soweto. Im a goog learner. Work well independent and good in communication skills. Goog in overcoming challenges. Willing to work overtime. Time management skills. Work well under the pressure.

I really enjoy what i do and i always learn something new on breakdowns

I have a great working relastionship with the poeple i work with and learn alot from my co-workers i do not work weekends which gives you family time as welk.

I work well in teams and I also have the ability to work independently.

I hold a BaI hold a Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Eng. and National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. I have 6 years experience in the manufacturing field focusing in process optimasation/lean manufacturing, asset care management and manucaturing cost analysis. I have also obtained TPM instractor training while working for Tiger brands chelor’s degree: Industrial Eng. and National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. Truly a learned curve

I was hired for my experience with of the EBS system the company uses. It's been a challenging experience, but I have learned a lot. My role is to assist the payroll team resolve IT systems related queries. I get along with everyone, but I miss doing and overseeing payroll.

I had a great relationship with co-workers, being able to work together as a team

I had a great experience and a great relationship with the co-workers. We were able to work together as a team and reach out to our goals. I enjoyed working as a Quality personnel ensuring good quality on raw materials, finished products and packaging. I have learnt a lot from this company especially things associating my career. I have learnt more about Quality control and quality management. The most challenging aspect of the job was to be able to work under pressure since the was a lot of work to do.
