I learnt to take responsibility when am doing my job and how to handle different customers
My experience in the company helped me for being responsible and it was nice loving what am doing and also willing to learn more in the fielď of work and being hygenic at all times ,also time managenent. And my colleagues were good, advising alltimes
Pros: Yes opportunities i was willing to be because i was in charge when my senior colleague was not at work or on a leave off

Good house keeping hygiene safety team work
Tiger brands is big manufacturing consumer company. Whereby it has a big vision and standard set by ISO 22000 for food safety. The company sets goals in terms of improvement whereby every morning before shift start all workers attend a small 15 min meeting to discuss future goals and previous obstacles. Every year there is a training induction to refresh the employees.
Pros: growth within the company
Cons: shifts and overtime if necessary

Motivation
As a person, I thrive on challenges and taking initiative is part of who i am. Vibrancy and energy...Definitely part of my vocabulary! I manage to maintain a positive attitude through times of difficulty. After all where there is a will ther is most definitely a way. Willingness and the eagerness to learn keep me open-minded to new and wonderful experiences as I have an apetite for the thrill of exciting and new developments in the corporate world.
Pros: great opportunities to enrich both yourself and your studies with less possibility of promotion.
Cons: Environment is not stimulating.

There are no skills and development programmes
Determined in gaining skills and competencies, analytical skills, leadership skills, project management skills, understand plant fundamental policies, identify and resolve problematic plant issues.
Pros: I am keen to learn and develop, good communicator, self motivated, have the ability to take ownership and responsibility of task assigned, can work in a team or alone, I am a self starter, willing to perform any other legitimate activity as required.

Worked on new projects canteen upgrade; office upgrade etc
My passion for people and the industry will always hold me in good stead for the future sharing ideas; brainstorming, problem solving and creating new, cutting edge and ingenious innovations are what drive me. Life experiences have taught me to be fair, firm and a kind leader, able to relate to all ages, colour or creed. My ability to include people and create a comfortable platform for all to feel safe, has mitigated the sharing of individual opinions bringing out creative genius I got to have projects for office upgrade and canteen upgrade. Also got given an opportunity to be the CSI coordinator and look after the 4 beneficiaries that are within the vicinity. I'm the liaison to coordinate factory visits etc.
Pros: i'd love to grow into an office manager and take on all the activations. I enjoy the current policy of flexi hours as i'm a morning person and enjoy working till 16H00. unless there's a need.
Cons: i'm not one that benefit from extra hours compared to factory shopfloor staff. As an assistant theres a lot you incare in your days list that isn't in your job discription enjoyable thou not always convient
