I really enjoy what i do and i always learn something new on breakdowns

I have a great working relastionship with the poeple i work with and learn alot from my co-workers i do not work weekends which gives you family time as welk.

I work well in teams and I also have the ability to work independently.

I hold a BaI hold a Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Eng. and National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. I have 6 years experience in the manufacturing field focusing in process optimasation/lean manufacturing, asset care management and manucaturing cost analysis. Truly a learned curve

I was hired for my experience with of the EBS system the company uses. It's been a challenging experience, but I have learned a lot. My role is to assist the payroll team resolve IT systems related queries. I get along with everyone, but I miss doing and overseeing payroll.

Pros: Development IT backend skills
Cons: I am not working on payroll

Great exposure

A disastrously learning curve

Working very hard but not recognized. A better understanding with fellow employees. Nit to expect better results from management, learning automatic machines, always you to perform evn with a lot of machines breakdowns.

Team work was the best weapon for every circumstances that we were facing.

My previous company was good to me because I've learnt how to handle different customers daily basis. We had the great team work with my coworkers. We were dealing with heavy stuff mostly and teamwork was a great weapon to overcome any circumstances that we were facing. I've learned how to to work as a team and how to work individual.

Cons: I was working 9 hours per day

Experience

Well there's a lot of customer care involvement,stock control and cashing up funds ..balancing settlements and basically working under pressure of meeting targets

Pros: Opportunity not very career focused
Cons: There's long working hours with no overtime no proper remuneration system
