Excellent learning curve
Good team players with good communication skills. They help you to learn as much as you can with and help you develop the confidence to do great in your work and support throughout. They also help you to make decisions by allowing you to stand by yourself.

Hard work

I can work on any program as the account payable clerk.
I like working at Tiger Brands as i get more exposure working with different people internally and externally i am a go getter type of a person. I always plan my work so to work smart and professional. I enjoy working with figures especially the reconciling part of the finance department. i did not know Oracle when joining Tigerbrands so i had to learn from the other team on how to go about it. The only challenge at this job is that when you are told NOT to pay the supplier at the agreement time as you have to come up with the relevant excuse's.

Good business practices

Excellent learning space
I love to grow with current change in policy and management there's no certainty it is key for me to have no worries of the future events and not be in wonder. And important in keeping employees enlightened and aligned with the companies focus and what need be achieved

Learning curve
Typical work day starts with a review of the previous days performance and a review of the to do list, feedback on closed tasks and learnings, and on plan to close outstanding activities, resource requirements and delegation of responsibilities to close of outstanding activities and follow ups. Reporting on budget position and forecasting of expenditure. The relationship of Co workers is important to ensure we all share our ideas, so we always do formal and informal meeting in which we share ideas and keep subordinate and Co worker discipline and focus on the set goals and constantly review current position and what is required to meet the goal. I enjoy data and what story it tells and how we can dissect it into activities required. The most Challenging aspect is to maintain discipline and constant communication within the team and to make each individual remember how important information sharing helps to keep the team focus and direction.

Excellent exposure, learning and have learned a lot
I manage mintenance department , dy to dayrunning of department, HR issues, planning maintenance, planning weekend work, and shutdown planning, budgeting and execution. i plan and organise shift support we are 3 shift system so there should be a minimum of 2 electricians per shift. i manage Small group activities, RCA, and feedback to unit manager. i manage maintenance budget and report any overspent or any focus. iwrite capex and capex support document.
Pros: i am in a biggest canning plant in Africa
Cons: no growth, maintenance coordinator is the last position one can hold after having being an artisan

Excellent learning experience
Always a busy day I have a good relationship with my colleagues, we work well together and always compromise and communicate. I have learnt alot in the 10 years I've been working for them. Team leader skills is one of the things they gave me the opportunity in. What I enjoy most off this job is meeting new people everyday. The mos challenging thing I've experienced about this job is difficult customers but I've learnt to deal with that over the years
