Learned a lot about retail industry

Hard work. But the salary is not equals to it work load.i have a good relationship with my co workers.what i enjoy the most is that i work nomal hours.

Excellent place to practically learn about sales and marketing

TigerBrands is a great company to work for. You get to learn a lot and it exposes you to different challenges that are very beneficial to employees. One problem is that opportunity for growth within the company is difficult and the employee benefits aren't good but besides that it's a great comfortable to work for.

Pros: Gives individuals a challenge but rewarding experience
Cons: No growth within the company

Great starting point and learning point

Tigerbrands is a great learning point for young adults. It's highly pressurised so it helps you deal with pressure and stress. The culture could improve a lot in terms of management styles and skills and their reward and benefits strategies for their employees.

Great company to work for they give you lot of responsibility to handle pressure and grow

working at tiger brands it is one of the companies i all ways wanted to see my self working for tiger brands as i being permanent they up skilled me through my career in stores and warehousing course .now my day today work is oversee the store running smoothly with all receiving of stock and being located in a correct locations and all document done correctly and making sure all MRP stock being issued according to demand and safety is all ways first priority as a safety rep challenges is when wrongly issued to production no checking the correct components interms of reversing that that stock was not on a plan

Pros: no great opportunity growth
Cons: 8 hours a day

Excellent learning skills

- very busy and always on my feet -i have a good relationship with my colleagues. -i have learnt to deal with extreme pressure. -I enjoy our work social gatherings. -Getting order through on time.

Me working at tiger brands and have so much experience

Ok I am working for tiger brands field sales at the store level currently working at pick n pay were my duties are to make our consumers happy and satisfied with our products,cleaniless is the key also my team work is strong i have a wonderfull team they are dadicated on their work i enjoy most when i am exploring new products through helping our consumers at the store level

Pros: When i am working i am striving for better team work for better results

Gained valuable experience in the supply chain.

Great exposure to the business and the different functional areas within the business. I got to work on some big projects which gained me significant project management experience.

Great and small debtors team

Debtors team is small and effective. Everyone knows their duties and no one is expected to drop the ball. We have a great working relationship. The independence is great and working in a team is greater
