Excellent exposure, learning and have learned a lot
I manage mintenance department , dy to dayrunning of department, HR issues, planning maintenance, planning weekend work, and shutdown planning, budgeting and execution. i plan and organise shift support we are 3 shift system so there should be a minimum of 2 electricians per shift. i manage Small group activities, RCA, and feedback to unit manager. i manage maintenance budget and report any overspent or any focus. iwrite capex and capex support document.
Pros: i am in a biggest canning plant in Africa
Cons: no growth, maintenance coordinator is the last position one can hold after having being an artisan

Excellent learning experience
Always a busy day I have a good relationship with my colleagues, we work well together and always compromise and communicate. I have learnt alot in the 10 years I've been working for them. Team leader skills is one of the things they gave me the opportunity in. What I enjoy most off this job is meeting new people everyday. The mos challenging thing I've experienced about this job is difficult customers but I've learnt to deal with that over the years

working at tiger brands it is one of the companies i all ways wanted to see my self working for tiger brands as i being permanent they up skilled me through my career in stores and warehousing course .now my day today work is oversee the store running smoothly with all receiving of stock and being located in a correct locations and all document done correctly and making sure all MRP stock being issued according to demand and safety is all ways first priority as a safety rep challenges is when wrongly issued to production no checking the correct components interms of reversing that that stock was not on a plan
Pros: no great opportunity growth

Me working at tiger brands and have so much experience
Ok I am working for tiger brands field sales at the store level currently working at pick n pay were my duties are to make our consumers happy and satisfied with our products,cleaniless is the key also my team work is strong i have a wonderfull team they are dadicated on their work i enjoy most when i am exploring new products through helping our consumers at the store level
Pros: When i am working i am striving for better team work for better results

Through training, experience and education I have acquired necessary skills and knowledge which will enable me to carry out tasks in Payroll and Human Resource Management. I am willing to learn new things to add to my experience and knowledge. Currently my passion is in the Payroll whereby due to company restructuring I was moved to payroll department where I am doing payments, importing of Hours, Days, Allowances, Increases all related payroll duties, an in house training was given to me & it took me a month to master the SAP

Learnt a lot working at tigerbrands good company
Working at tigerbrands was a good experience for me I worked in reception as well as in engineering clerk and storemen learnt about tools and machinery suppliers ,etc I also worked in the donation department where I met all different type of people also felt good seeing smiles on little and old people faces when they collected their donations I also worked in the staff shop where I did stock controller learnt how to balance stock I as well also organized school trips to our beacon factory where kids had the opportunity to see how chocolate and sweets where made Thank you

Experience that I gained as a volunteer
In the morning when I get to work I attend the Daily production meeting, it is here that I interact with all teams and departments. I then gather information and assist departments with audit queries, stock counts, SOP's and basically any area that requires my assistance. I get along well with all the co-workers and have gained a lot of experience as to how to resolve queries and how to set timelines and achieve targets within set time periods. I get great job satisfaction to do my job with utter devotion and perfection. The most challenging aspect was initially when I started work and there were no systems in place, it took a lot of hard work and dedication to get everything in place.

I am an olifantsfontein qualified millwright from 1999.Good in electrical, mechanical, plc's, good in instrumentation valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, fault finding etc... Good outputs of maintenance and inspections. Identification, reporting and feedback on machines problems and failures. Accurately diagnose and repair machine problems. Strong failure analysis and problem solving skills. Sound computer knowledge. Advanced trouble shooting skill. Excellent inter personal skill. Good understanding of safety and I am a fast leaner.

Good business practices
