Supervising scheduling, calendaring, preparing reports, administering records management systems and developing The ability to anticipate executive’s needs, follow through on all details and tactfully handle sensitive situations; and My resume goes into more details about my daily job duties and achievements during my tenure as a Technician However, I believe that I have demonstrated that I have the ability to perform the major technical and administration duties, and train others effectively should the need arises. I would love to have the opportunity to join the team and my presence to be felt by using my skills, knowledge and abilities.

REVIEW SUMMARY - CURRENT WORKPLACE
A typical work day where I currently work, is different every day. Mondays are my planning days and the rest of the week consists of hunting for business and relationship management - which is one of my strongest passions! I love dealing with people, and my co-workers and I share a strong bond, we work as a team, even though on our own mostly. Communication is extremely important to me. I have learnt that even though business is so different in each region, once youunderstand the people, talk their language and speak to their needs - you will be successful. I will dearly miss dealing with the people I have built such strong relationships with sold I leave, but after 11 years, it is time for another challenge and I have always wanted to go into Procurement, as I am planning on taking over my father's company in a few years.
Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Small salary and little people development

Learning curve, cooperate behaviour
I've learned how to deal with people and how to behave in a cooperate environment. Business language Enjoyed that the company always tried to empower their employees and up skill them. I got along with my Co workers and worked well with the team. I learned how to work independently. Most challenging part is Co workers that don't do their work and when clients call in you have to take whatever they throw at you. And people passing the buck.
Pros: Up skilling
Cons: Long working hours

Been with a company for a year. Working hours 8am-5pm. There are great growth opportunities. Excellent staff morale. Diverse culture. Challenging aspects would be dealing with difficult customers and Call Centre consultant who unwilling to take critic based on they work or failure to follow set company standards and processes.
Pros: Great growth opportunities
Cons: Dealing with Call Centre consultant who unwilling to take feedback or critic based on they work or failure to follow set company standards and processes.

There is good chance that one can learn from being a support agent to being a a engineer of units .
My typical day at my jobs starts with the work load very light , then as the day continues , it starts to pick up and the volume of work gets high , my co-workers are very helpful in a sense that everybody helps everybody whenever there is a need, I have learn that team work is very important during my 5 years at Tracker, and i enjoy my work very much as each day provides a different scenario, there most challenging aspect is when one gets stuck on a test for a long time and when the volume of work is very high.
Pros: Challenging as each day is different
Cons: Sometimes one would spend a lot of time on installation

Growth
In my daily routine,• Closely monitor projects manage to ensure that the projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget and develop according to plan. To ensure the objectives of the project are met. Hold a meeting and do follow-ups on the action items (task) project team need to deliver. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, I communicate fairly with them. In my 2 years and 6 months with Trcaker I have learned that communication is key in the company .if there is change management, communicate. Having best team support. When my team cant prioritizes on their task, delaying projects.
Pros: Great opportunity and growth
Cons: no prioritization

Fast paced environment with extreme pressure
Working at Tracker is a fast paced environment with extreme pressure that is demanded due to the nature of the industry. With careful time management each day is closed off with all work items attended to. My typical work day consist of meeting with prospective and current clients, attending to account queries, software training, submission of tenders, canvass new business, cross sell and upsell to my current portfolio. My Co-workers became my family away from home, we respect and support each other in order to provide the best possible customer service. My best attribute that my time at Tracker taught me is staying calm and focused when dealing with a crises situation and you are never to old to learn new skills. The best reward apart from the financial part is receiving a plain and simple thank you. In this industry a thank you we appreciate what you did to assist is sometimes the best award.
Pros: Financially
Cons: Highly stressfull environment

Learning Curve
Tracker has provided me with many opportunities to see life in a positive light through the people I work with. Skills have been developed and knowledge has grown. The most challenging aspects of my job is the processes and the abilty to provide the service within the SLA. The learning and development is also a challenge and the opportunities of career development are limited.
Pros: Great people to work with
Cons: Systems, internal communication and proceses
