Fast paced environment with extreme pressure

Working at Tracker is a fast paced environment with extreme pressure that is demanded due to the nature of the industry. With careful time management each day is closed off with all work items attended to. My typical work day consist of meeting with prospective and current clients, attending to account queries, software training, submission of tenders, canvass new business, cross sell and upsell to my current portfolio. My Co-workers became my family away from home, we respect and support each other in order to provide the best possible customer service. My best attribute that my time at Tracker taught me is staying calm and focused when dealing with a crises situation and you are never to old to learn new skills. The best reward apart from the financial part is receiving a plain and simple thank you. In this industry a thank you we appreciate what you did to assist is sometimes the best award.

Compliance

I perform a support based function in the form of compliance by ensuring sales consultants represent proper processes and procedures when rendering a service in the form of sales. I monitor the daily telephonic interaction with sales staff and customers to ensure that thete are no non adherence to company policies and regulations in the financial industry. I provide solutions to mitigate any form of financial risk to the company in the form of training and coaching. I also provide management with weekly and monthly performance reports for sales staff. I constantly improve working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by keeping them abreast of any changes in policies and procedures.

my typical work day is very hectic from the time I come in till the time I leave. I love the people I work with I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. how to work under pressure and that you can do anything if your mind to it. dealing with the customers and sorting out there queries. is not having the proper systems that is the most challenging and the right leadership.

Pros: making new friends, we are like a family
Cons: 7-4 but the work load is a very high

Excellent learning curve at Tracker Connect.

I am currently a student in my final year of a BSc Computer Science and Mathematics, I have experience with Tracker Connect. I only worked for them part time during school holidays. I have experience in the Computer Engineering field with knowledge of Electronic Engineering, Java, C#,C++,C, Python, Assembler, Android etc. I am also Cisco certified with CCNA CCNP etc. I would like to enter into any position involving software development of any language or technologies I am competent in and would love to gain experience in any new technologies. During my time at Tracker Connect, I was coding in Python on the Intellij IDE working on various encryption algorithms for the company. I enjoy coding in Java and Android development, as well as hardware engineering.

Excellent learning curve

I have a healthy relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt project management, leadership skills and being influential to a bigger team. I have learnt to work independently and in a team. I have gained Persistence and resilience: able to demonstrate the required energy to achieve success, to persist with task at hand until it is accomplished and to bounce back in the face of obstacles. Quality management: able to do benchmarking and set standards, to implement systems and processes to ensure quality control, quality assurance and continuous improvement in order to meet customer requirements. I learnt to work well under pressure and excel. Customer service orientation: to demonstrate a concern for performing work of a high standard, to align service rendered with customer expectations, to develop solutions for customers’ concerns or problems, to value the customers’ inputs and maintain an open communication channel and to react appropriately to the needs of the customer.

Pros: Opportunities to lead and get involved with lots of projects
Cons: Not great opportunities to grow as people stay long in positions

Great exposure

Tracker believes in uplifting the employees and making the company a great place to be. Very team spirited.Tracker has gone the extra mile in empowering it's employees to do first aid programmes. Not only for work , but for the staff to help save lives no matter where they are. Due to Tracker taking its time to invest in their employees...It really makes it a good place to be at.Having come from manufacturing companies,to now dealing with dealerships was a good learning curve. I have gained knowledge of how insurances work as well as how dealerships operate. Which I was totally oblivious to.

Typical work day is quite busy, I was afforded the opportunity to work with my team 1.5 years ago.

Tracker has its on/awn culture, which can sometimes be both interesting and challenging. Good work environment, and facilitis and management team is always willing to share information.

Flexible working hours

I have over 6 years of Call Centre experience. Communication, time management, presentation skills, working under ernomous pressure are all the skills that I have acquired. You'll find me to be a team player of note, smart working individual who is keen to learn and contribute.I will give full attention to my duties and responsibilities, apply myself with enthusiasm to all tasks, ensuring that I get the job done accurately and efficiently.

Tracker -really live for what their preach Taking back tomorrow

Excellent working experience. Team work the best. Enjoy my work it is my passion. Only challenge is the travelling from Pretoria to Cresta on a daily basis.
