I have great relationship with my co-workers. A typical day at work is a stand up meeting at 9 and back to coding after that using C# and SQL for database queries. The most challenging aspect is adapting to the work environment, understanding the true meaning of working with people and knowing how to deal with people.
Pros: Once you know what you doing, you will be fine.
Cons: Not necesarrily a challenging environment

There is good chance that one can learn from being a support agent to being a a engineer of units .
My typical day at my jobs starts with the work load very light , then as the day continues , it starts to pick up and the volume of work gets high , my co-workers are very helpful in a sense that everybody helps everybody whenever there is a need, I have learn that team work is very important during my 5 years at Tracker, and i enjoy my work very much as each day provides a different scenario, there most challenging aspect is when one gets stuck on a test for a long time and when the volume of work is very high.
Pros: Challenging as each day is different
Cons: Sometimes one would spend a lot of time on installation

I am passionate about worling in a customer service post as I enjoy communication with others. I can speak in almost 3 official souyh african languages. My day goes well when I get to speak to others as communication is my strong points
Pros: Communication, excel skills
Cons: Sometimes i take on too much and tend to tire myself out. But i do come around hence a break taken to calm and regroup afterwards
