Learned to be fussy about contracts

It was a good company for work for. Positive employee culture. I just had a bad experience with regards to my contract terms which changed after I got the job.

Learning curve

How tracking oparets and full understanding of the tracking devices Working with fleet clients and assisting with vehicle tracking and positiong via tracking repairs

Pros: Great work experience and freindly staff getting new challenges each day with new obstacles making great team work

Supervising a team of 18 agents and overseeing the overall departmental procedures .Conducting KPA 's and arranging the commission and incentive structure.Engagement with team members

Hard and solo worker.work alone

Work in a highly pressured and quality orriantated field which the finall opporation of product depends on me as the installer tech, for data keeping perpose and recovery of the installed vehcile.perform well under pressure. Always deal with new unexpected challanges.

Pros: growth is possible but at a limit
Cons: my longest hours was 16 hrs straight

Excellent learning curve and a very busy environment, salary is good but I just need a new opportunity where I will be able to speed my wings good company to work for

my typical work day is very hectic from the time I come in till the time I leave. I love the people I work with I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. how to work under pressure and that you can do anything if your mind to it. dealing with the customers and sorting out there queries. is not having the proper systems that is the most challenging and the right leadership.

Pros: making new friends, we are like a family
Cons: 7-4 but the work load is a very high

I'm a well spoken individual both written and verbal,able to work individually without being supervised and good team player too. I have been in the tracking industry for almost 5years now and know how to handle pressure and irate clients in a professional manner.. I'm Timeous and fast learner too.. ....

Great company

Best company I have worked for. The people make it hard to go to work, grumpy people, no support from HR. The only way to stay sane is to do what you have to do and go home. Salary package is good

Excellent learning curve

Started as a learner, my dedication and ambition got me a permanent position as a customer service agent. It wasn't easy but I learnt and kept a positive energy. My co-workers thought me everything I had to know and even more. The knowledge I gain made me become an administrator, enjoyed engaging with brokers, dealers and consultants. Meeting target is challenging but I always strive to be over the average.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Working on sarturdays

Great Learning curve

I have great relationship with my co-workers. A typical day at work is a stand up meeting at 9 and back to coding after that using C# and SQL for database queries. The most challenging aspect is adapting to the work environment, understanding the true meaning of working with people and knowing how to deal with people.

Pros: Once you know what you doing, you will be fine.
Cons: Not necesarrily a challenging environment
