Different workplace set up
At my current employment the hours that we work fluctuate as they a controlled by when do we service the last patient as set by daily targets. We all get along as colleague's as we spend a lot of time with other due to the setup of the environment we work in . Due to the fact that we travel the whole of South Africa providing Services you get to learn about different cultures and at the same time appreciate wonders of nature. The most challenging aspect of my job is the long stay away from loved ones as we spend much time travelling.

When I learned to work on diesel and petrol engine.
On normal day I start with my inspection on my standby plants then I do my maintenance on hydraulic equipment and inverters. When I encounter any problems ill have to see to it I find the solution before the end of the working day.

Protection of people on the track and controlling of the movement of trains. I have learn on how to deal with people I expirienced to work in pressure since well we work with different people with different religion The most challenging aspects is when leader give you instruction that are wrong and you know but because they are leaders they want you to listen to them

Learning curve
Working at my company is very exciting because we work as a team. on a daily basis I do admin, like setting up meetings, writing minutes, taking up calls. My relationship with my co-workers is great. I have learnt a lot in terms of work because I came to this company knowing nothing about it. I enjoy doing admin and also working with the team. for now I don't have challenges of the job as I am still in the learning curve .
