I have the opportunity to further my studies.
I have a good working relation with my co-workers. i usually prepare the maintenance schedule a week in advance to prepare the workshop for the man power required to do the necessary preventative maintenance. i then communicate with the relevant supervisor for any additional or unplanned maintenance resulting from breakdowns to acquire the required spares/material for repairs.
Pros: the company does provide for further studies.
Cons: My working hours limit the time i can get to further my studies.

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Oppotunities of promotion are available.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Excellent learning program
It was good to be part of transnet be exposed to big workshop .learning team work ,safety, quality....assembling and stropping of different WAGON....testing air or vacuum brakes.. Banding pipe and carting thread

Excellent learning curve
It was great learning opportunities, we'll balanced working environment, We'll established working team as a family, Pleasure going to work everyday, trust, honesty and committed working team including healthy management style and functioning. Lots of opportunities and benefits available.

Since the start of my career i have learnt a lot.
Since the start of my career i have learnt a lot and with this knowledge thus, am eager to learn more thing and grow. My highlight shows through my eagerness to learn each and every day. i am always ready to learn. Having to wake up looking forward to go do what i love the most which is my work, is my daily highlight.

Good learning with enough experience
It's a normal company with a good culture and working ethics. Good managent for most times .leak of safety challenges, sometimes bad with patience . Very few abnormal hours with not enough pay.

Great opportunity
I have a burning ambition of being a good safety professional. I have gained a lot of experience in the safety environment. I am a fast learner. I would like to be given an opportunity to prove myself.

An Excellent learning oppotunity
It was like a normal working environment hard working is needed but with time you get used to it all,we mostly work as a team our relationship was all based on work,because we spend lot of times discussing modules and going to work shop,have learned a lot working in this environment going to workshop doing fault finding on locomotives, maintenance, I enjoyed mostly working in the working getting dirty and stuff it shows you and building you on how electrical fitter should be like,it really a nice experience,the most challenging aspects on my job is working under the locomotives and on top of it it need open eyes and concentration

I would appreciate a new opportunity to learn some more of my field and expecties
I am a well-balanced and hardworking person. I am determined, intelligent and responsible and am a team player. I am known as a trustworthy and reliable person and I am positive in everything I do. I have very high expectations and morals in life and I enjoy motivating people around me to the best of their abilities. Problem-solving and diplomatic skills are my working tools on which I rely in achieving my goals. I am good at noticing details and are able to distinguish between that which is important and that which can be disregarded. I have excellent organizing skills and I have a natural flair for public relations where I can utilize my communication and liaison abilities. I have a good business sense with high determination and people relate very positively towards me. In my dealings with others I am tactful and loyal. I am a self-starter who is able to work individually or in a team. I am very organised and I like having order.
