I work mostly in generic and admin work...dispatching and receiving stock... Work as a supervisor and work towards reaching targets... Work from 7.30 to 16.30 Monday to friday then 8.00 to 13.00 saturday We do merchandising of stock House keeping Sales Trainings every wednesday and friday Work at the cash desk and sales floor

Not great at all

The company doesn't promote people. They pile up the responsibility without remun. eration If you are white I think you stand a better chance to get ahead at this company. The company still has management with old ways of thinking

Growing opportunity

It feels so great to work st truworths . I have got an opportunity to enhance my customer service skills. It it a great chance for me to upgrade on my existing skills as i have always had passion for customer service. I learn daily. I learn to merchandise the store.

Great learning and experience

my relationship with co-workers is just not good being for the company for about 5 years with no growth and not getting a permanent job i have learnt a lot of thing with them in merchandising, enjoyed traveling and working in other places

Bu. Bubbly staff excellent customer service and working environments lots of admin and policies to be followed influx of customers provide knowledge and learning in all different instances as we assist with customer issues and queries very professional environment when dealing with customers opportunities to learn fast and get promoted

It's not bad. But teaches patient, passion and love

Ei I enjoyed working with people and being patient with them. Team work was also a priorities.. fair rules and regulations and they work according to the book. People are treated fairly and trained well. All staff presents business phylosophy and the vision of Truworths. We are given a chance to give our views Learning and sharing of ideas
