Excellent learning curve
My name is Moses Mabasa. I have an N3 certificate in Electrical Engineering heavy current and an Electrical Trade Test Section 26D certificate. I have more experience in the electrical field although at the moment I'm in a different industry as I'm currently working at Tsogo sun as a Maintenance supervisor. My job description in tails allocation of job cards, doing inspection before and after work allocated, running daily and night shifts just to name a few. I used to work at 115 Electrical solutions as a Construction Team Leader where we where busy with projects such as installation of MV and LV cables, installation of heavy duty cable trays, maintenance of high masts lights and street lights just to name a few. Good opportunities
A typical work day would consist of checking all backup and running restore testes for audit purposes. Day to day maintenance of active directory as well as migrations in exchange to office 365. Working in a good team was amazing as everyone share knowledge and assist when a problem arises.I enjoyed working for this company as you got to see and stay in all the amazing hotels and got new opportunities to setup new hotels from scratch.One of the most challenging aspects of this company was the silo methodology that was followed reducing ones opportunity to learn from other departments

Seeking growth
Ensure rooms are setup as per training booked including catering training material, signage. Ensure training rooms are refreshed at every break time. We work as a team with all departments, so i would inform all departments of the training that would be taking place monthly at the begin of the monthly and send weekly reminders. I have learnt to be more attentive to detail and to adapt quick. I love welcoming delegates to our faciliting and seeing them enjoying a wonderful training experience. The most challenging aspect of my job is ensuring that we have the most update information on employees and what is happening in the business as our industry is constantly changing.

EXCELLENT
IT IS HARD BECUASE OF THE LONG HOURS AND ABNORMAL SHIFTS. THE REALATION WAS GOOD BECAUSE WE WORD AS A TEAM COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO BE DEVIRS AND NOT TO STEROTYPE PEOPLE AND BEING TOLERENT INTERACTING WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND DIFFERENT ATTITUDESBALANCING THE FLOAT TO ZERO

Excellent learning curve
A 29 year old with a basic Knowledge of office computing in operation of software’s and knowledge of food preparation, cooking and patisserie. Possessing an excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate professionally with people at all Levels and adapting quickly into new environment. Reliable, punctual, hardworking, willing and eager to learn new tasks or skills quickly.

Excellent career growth and knowledge improvement
on a typical day,i offer telephonic assistance, incident management, normally mondays are the busiest days. my relationship with my colleagues is good.we encourage teamwork, punctuality and we share important information. i enjoy learning c.i enjoy encounting complex technical issues as they help my skills to grow. The most challenging aspect is when dealing with an inpatient user,they often get frustrated but we try hard to put them at ease and resolve thier technical issues
