Excellent career growth and knowledge improvement
on a typical day,i offer telephonic assistance, incident management, normally mondays are the busiest days. my relationship with my colleagues is good.we encourage teamwork, punctuality and we share important information. i enjoy learning c.i enjoy encounting complex technical issues as they help my skills to grow. The most challenging aspect is when dealing with an inpatient user,they often get frustrated but we try hard to put them at ease and resolve thier technical issues

Great work environment
A great work environment, everyone is very enthusiastic and friendly. Team work is excellent as we work as a team to get things done correctly and on time. I've gained people skills, customer service skills. Been for management courses, excel course and emotional intelligence course. It's challenging having daily deadlines and having to make sure everything is balancing by the end of each day before leaving. I enjoy that everyday is a bright and vibrant day due to the culture of the company which was inherited by the employees as well.

Great insight on delayed passengers, conferencing and turn-around of operations.
Hotel inspection every morning, this includes staffing, occupancy and all service areas. On job operational strategic tweaking on the day, support the team and liaison with our valued guest during peak hours mainly morning and late afternoon.
Pros: Product knowledge, flexibility and will power to achieve the best results through driving the team.
Cons: Very passionate with what I do, Long hours is not an issue at all. I am driven by the business requirements.

I have learnt alot from working with tsogo sun
I li worked as a switchboard operator and i I learnt alot from working with tsogo sun. Waking up wasnt a hussle because i knew that i was gonna spend my day with my second family. It honestly felt like home away from home managers were warm, learnt were friendly and helpful moments of it. My relationship with my colleagues wwere thebestoved wprking for the company

Company Culture
Staff and management work harmoniously. We use our personal values and company values in all thateedo. We believe that we are a close knit family as we spend more time with each other than home itself. The staff meals are of high standard at all times offering a great variety of fresh food daily to each of us. We also get great coffee from vending machines in many areas for our personal use. It was a pleasure working for SunCoast Casino.

Ä°t is a good place to work and Ä° enjoy because when a Sous Chef is not there Ä° am inchage if the oparation and Ä° work very cloce with managenment tearm and Ä° am Health and sadety representative, Ä° am all rounder section but Ä° am more in cold section Ä° traine young Chef on how to work and Ä° work long hours, and Ä° am learning lot of thing beacuse Ä° am there one who creat new Desserts and baking an pastry is done by me.

Company Values
Company values are preached and given by management... But management only know how to preach but can not practice values. I believe in practice what you preach and you need to show people what you talking about
