Average environment

Stressful, tiring, long hours, fast paced, too much to do. Not well structured. Not much room for growth. Learnt how to become assertive, make decisions quickly, how to manage myself and others. Good relationships with co-workers. Dealing with multiple issues and people at the same time can be overwhelming at times.

Hospitality industry is a globe where one learns everything and meet people from different cultures and countries. Six years of experience in the hospitality industry has been a great experience for me and I have acquired soo many skills and knowledge.

It's a good company to work for if you are from collage or a school leaver, clashes too much with personal life. Down side is working shift's and public holidays

Excellent

the company is active and very challenging it an enjoyable experience to work for Tsogo sun i make sure to give the best customer service to our customers in order to maintain good relationship,the stuff members are very friendly and supportive we always do team work and have each other back.i have learnt consistency and how to manage myself without supervision.i enjoy working in a friendly environment.getting fussy customers and have too give the best service. we also come across rude customers who demands and show no respect for you.and the challenge that comes with the casino being very busy you always have to be on point with a smile and be helpful that requires you be resourceful and speed up your service.but other than that it a great experience and a lovable atmosphere

I am a team player willing to work under pressures as well.what i have learn about my jo is thst it is not easy to work people brcause they are coming from different background with different advantages but I learn to adjust myself so that i can deal with any situation that can come my way and also it motivates me to deal with people from different cultures and different professions

Experience

It has been a great pleasure working at my company, i was hired straight from graduating and was put on permanent straight away. I have learned alot about the position i am in and i have grown as a person. I have created great working relationships as well as lasting friendships at work. The team is work with is great and we work well together. I have been given the chance to train and learn in other departments, as well as grow as a person.
