I enjoyed workingwith customers on daily mattets
experience that i have gained within the sector had helped me to execute the given tasks and to develop myself and always work under minimum supervision i was involved in road shows and presentation to educate our clients about different products and their benefits. i always prioritise customer service .i have done logistic management and prevention of fraud coupled with tendering with the beleive to know suppy chain in a deeper depth so i can negotiate well with suppliers on matters like contracts and SLA matters.i am prepared to give my best if a i can get that opportunity to practice my skills

Task orientation and problem solving solution.
My job function requires extensively research .In needs a level commitment and long hours. Relationship is one of the critical majors on my job impact, all the time you are required to develop and maintain a good relationship in order for you to success in this role. My relationship with all my steak holders does contribute to the high success of achievements in Ubank. Ubank requires all employees to perform at the highest level of competency. I really enjoy a good constructive feedback and the effective communication. The most challenging aspects of my job is to manage line managers who are not will to accepted their wrong doings and at the later stage the outcome will affect negative to the business because of their arrogance. I enjoy reviewing HR policies and developing a successful strategy that will be aligned to the business,
Pros: The growth is current limited and the business is current effected because of our core cumstomers are being retreched(miners).
Cons: its extensively time cosuming and extensive travelling.

Good communication skill
I'm passionate in what I do. It's very important that i serve my clients the best service to put the company on a map. I understand ethics and values of a company. I am looking for a place where I can develop and grow to show my skills and work as individual and team under pressure. I also learned that an employee spends most of their time at work-place and it's important that one creates an environment that is able to make them happy at all times e.g. build relationship with other employees and clients. I have a strong personality obedient, patient, and the most out going person with a good sense of humour. I go an extra mile doing what is not on my job description
Will to learn more than what i already know , i work long hours i have to help 80 people but i do 150 and more per day, less lunch time and leave days , company requires one to be fit at all times and work accurately at all times
Pros: I Have to be at work all the time they don't want people who are of mostly and they not paying for overtime, they say we should take time off but they refuse to give us
Cons: Long work hours and days no rest have to be at work all the time

Greater opportunities
I had an amazing professional learning curve soon after my first graduation where l have already acquired skills in credit control administration, customer service, treasury support and interbank funds transfer. These skills were acquired mainly in the banking sector for over fours. I had challenges of obtaining a work permit but eventually managed to have a permanent residence with ID number 7904201134182. During this long break l managed to upgrade my self by studying and completed Bachelor of Accounting Science in Financial Accounting with UNISA and a Certificate in Credit Management Part 1, 2 ànd 3 with Institute of Credit Management of South African. My goal is to find a job where l will be able to showcase my abilities and learn whilst growing professionally.

This industry I work for, have learned the ongoing debt in mining communities The Bank has great culture of intergrity and excellent team work. the environment and peers have very pleasant relaxed atomosphere. the learning curve -: the Bank focus to take care of our customers and our community with knowledgeable, honest support and convenient, easy-to-use banking products what I enjoy more is to realize that happiness is more important than money. in that way the Bank keeps their customers and the end bonus is profit. The most challenging aspects of the job when there is communication breakdown due to language berear.
