Excellent learning curve and exposure. I haven been given an opportunity to spread my wings and learn in order to get exposure. I have been given an opportunity to train and coach the Compliance graduates.

Learning curve.. new experience in a bank working with people
work well with my team as we are a branch and get along very well, united. bank has taught me to be calm and patient because working with diverse people. I enjoyed my work because the people I work with are like family. as most of the to is spent at work and whenever we had a problem, we made sure its solved.

Small bank with great potential
Small bank with great potential. Great learning turf. I reported directly to the cio at a certain point which was a great learning curve. However we went on for 2 years without incteases which left a dent on our budgets. Replacement of staff members usually takes long. l

Excellent learning curve
Ubank it's a good company, you learn many languages cause we assist mine workers most of the time, and it's easy to adapt the stuff is friendly we speak client language. Our loans are affordable, we learn new things every day.
Pros: For me i don't see easy promotion as the Head office is far from where am staying

Great opportunity for learning and I have enjoyed my time in the company
Great opportunity for learning and I have enjoyed my time in the company, I have created a solid relationship with my colleagues and what I have learned is the culture of respect, I enjoyed having the opportunity to come up with ideas to do my job and given the platform to do so, the most challenging thing was to get people to understand the role of the financial management department and to adhere to the policies and procedures but eventually everything went smoothly.

Building relationship with colleagues and customers
I take my work very serious and put efforts in everything I do.. I like learning new things and experiencing challenges.. Make sure that I help my customers from the heart, building relationship with them makes my work even more interesting and more easier because I learn to know them.. I am bank teller and I was sales consultant before.. I have a knowledge of selling, referring. I can balance and load ATM, I am a Vault custodian.. I can open accounts, issue cards.. Balancing of cash. Most of my employees are learning a lot of things from me, I have 8 years of experience in a financial industry

Willing to learn and grow as i bring new and accept new ideas
QA admin is a straight forward work of checking and assuring that the documents required are loaded as required. working on daily deadline which has made me able to work under pressure and always deliver on time. typical working day is when you have to scarifies your lunch time and nock off late because there are a lot of transactions to work on and you still have to deliver daily.
Pros: there is no promise or hope for promotions

Its a good company
I enjoyed working at ubank, and have grown my career with in the company. I started as a learner and currently work as a business partner . The managers are all different and goes with a person's personality. the are no bonuses and this kills the moral of the employees. what I enjoyed the most about the company was that I was able to come during weekend to come and use the meeting offices to study if I had registered
Pros: Not stressful as you have assistance and support from the managers
Cons: No bonuses even when the company has perfoemed well.

Excellent career development phase
Currently I am employed as Senior Manager Granting. My daily task includes managing a team of credit officers and verification officers. It is a great place to work with manco team being available to assist. The team of executive management is also available and accessible as and when required. The orfanizational culture is very strong and support our customer base. urrently I am employed as Senior Manager Granting at UBank. My daily activities
