There is a room for growth
I work in an environment that is friendly and allows me to give my opinions/thoughts. Since I was a macroeconomic analyst intern before where I am right now I learned how to program with SAS and I had already had analytic skills that I incurred from my previous job. The challenge about the job is at the end of the month when we do reporting and have to assist other departments too though it is not acpeoblem. I enjoy the atmosphere and how helpful other employees are.
Pros: There is always something new to learn
Cons: After graduate program, nothing is guaranteed

Great working environment, cannot fault the organisation of processes they have in place and that promotes the culture of the company feeling like "home".

Excellent learning curve
I always look forward to servicing our Customers as they are the most wonderful customers ever. We have a diversity of customers & both young & old. I have learned to even work with different people from different backgrounds & we all sharevents information & help each other shine. There are also opportunities of growth in ubank but the hours are so long & there I am only left with limited time for family.

It's wonderful to work in Ubank especially at the mines Where you are not only a representative but a customer service representative I got more exposure on how deal with customers How to work under pressure Working as a team to get sales Training on how to get sales and marketing Opening new accounts Opening new loans I Enjoy interacting with clients meeting clients s expectation Challenges Finding quality leads Getting response from prospects Standing Apart from competitors Spending too much time on administrative tasks

Excellent learning curve
I work with various reports and with a number of stakeholders. The work environment is great, its like my second family. I've learned to be more assertive and always be open to constructive criticism. I enjoy working with various people with different backgrounds because then I can learn alot both professionally and personally. I do alot of analytics and getting people to own up to their mistakes is a problem, most people don't want to take accountability. Overall Ubank is a great company only if management can start appreciating and increasing staff morale.

Excellent learning curve and exposure.
Excellent learning curve and exposure. I haven been given an opportunity to spread my wings and learn in order to get exposure. I have been given an opportunity to train and coach the Compliance graduates.

Learning curve.. new experience in a bank working with people
work well with my team as we are a branch and get along very well, united. bank has taught me to be calm and patient because working with diverse people. I enjoyed my work because the people I work with are like family. as most of the to is spent at work and whenever we had a problem, we made sure its solved.

Small bank with great potential
Small bank with great potential. Great learning turf. I reported directly to the cio at a certain point which was a great learning curve. However we went on for 2 years without incteases which left a dent on our budgets. Replacement of staff members usually takes long. l

Excellent team player
Ubank is a small to medium size company That is very focused on people interest Ubank is a bank that bank the miners therefore u would not the branches any where the branches and ATM is placed in the mining town It is a very nice organization to work for but growth is limited

Excellent learning curve
Ubank it's a good company, you learn many languages cause we assist mine workers most of the time, and it's easy to adapt the stuff is friendly we speak client language. Our loans are affordable, we learn new things every day.
Pros: For me i don't see easy promotion as the Head office is far from where am staying
