I am a hard worker who is willing to drive the sales as i also have an experience in that also and i am an energetic vet experienced in sales industry an promoting team .i also good in negotiating and doing layout for the stores which i am an expect

I leant a lot like good customer service, rotating the stock, working as a team.

As a merchandiser the things tha i do every morning is to take a control form and my pen do a floor work and write my out of stocks and doing the face up, cleaning dirty shelfs and also writing the missing price labels, after that i draw stock and fill up my shelves I have a very good relationship with my co-workers but the most important thing is in the industry is to have a good relationship and to work as a team in order to succeed. I learned a lot from the years 2 years in the industry because before i come in the industry i didn't knew the importance of the customer in the business but today i know. I enjoy everything at work like helping customers, cleaning shelves, gap scanning, doing orders, updating prices and drawing stock.

I have obtain skills of maintenance of first line maintenance. Following standard operating procedures . Performance of housekeeping. Carrying out general line operations,cleaning regimes according planned operational requirements.

Ii was working in FMCG manufacturing Ome care products suck omo Been working in a good environment working with most experienced workers I learned a lot such as how to control a whole plant

Service delivery

Working at the company is great because I learn a lot about customer service and making sure that all our customers leave happy with no complaints, my colleagues are the best we work well together and corporate well even when there's crisis we always find a way to solve it... What I have learnt so far is about being patient and punctual all the time and also that communication is the best way ....
