Excellent learning curve

I have learned a lot at short periods of time, from the safety of the employees to the quality of the product. Leading my team without compromising the Unilever policy. And I have also learned a lot from world class manufacturing and using their systems SAP, since SAP is diverse I believe there's no need to know all of it, as long you know what you're doing because you can the transaction code that you use often in a favorite

Pros: Great, but I need more challenge
Cons: Performing the same duty over and over again

Learning

At unilever I am working three shift day shift, afternoon shift and night shift. The relationship with my co-workers is very good and we trained how to work with team. What I learnt at unilever is how to work with other people , I had a training in safety health representation and they give me a 6 month training. I was doing my in-service training in electrical engineering department to complete my ND diploma . What I enjoy most is going out with my team
