LEARNING CURVE , TEAMWORK EXPERIENCE. MOTIVATION WHILE WORKING UNDERPRESSURE
A typical work day for me its going in and answering telephones communication is essential when working people , teamwork needs an exchange of ideas thoughts and motivation. i have learnt attributes which build me and can build those around me for effective and efficient work. i enjoy communicating on the phone whether it be a furious or concerned client the calm and timid effect i create that the total ambiance is positive brings joy. i also enjoy challenges because i learn and discover new things about myself . different people from different backgrounds with different personalities joined together for a specific goal , misunderstandings and miscommunication occurs a lot but it is also a good challenge to strengthen you humility, meekness, tolerance and dedication.

Great to work under any job pressure
Work under pressure. Stand for long hours I’ve learnt to work under pressure. I enjoy producing and meeting the needs of the students. The most challenging part of my job is to be vigilient and avoid mistakes as they are costly.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is Monday-important date to schedule for the whole week, communication with stakeholders internal and external especially my Department, check diary important meeting to attend, prioritized, important and urgent email and calls to be attended. be organized. Relationship with co-workers- Communication must be effectively, respect people especially their time, treat everyone the same, be available and make follow up, love your job. I have learn more how to run the office- must have good communications skills, take decisions, be negotiable and save money. let the company or Department know you. Add value. I enjoy the most - meeting deadlines, working as a team. like to assist where I can , the most challenging aspect - To interact with people internal and external and have a proxy of my Boss diary so that I can be organized and know my Boss.

Great opportunity to grow
It's quite challenging because one deals with lots and lots of pressure to maintain the demands of the students,one needs to calm down in order to archive his or her goals

Facilitation skills
I have good facilitation skills, preparation of training material and planning of projects. I have project and community outreach project planning skills. I have done research and presented in different seminars with limited publication. I have organised different regional workshops with the themes that I have developed based on the circumstances. I have worked as a lecturer and as a senior lecturer. I have acted as a deputy director for two years when there was no deputy director. I have a team of staff that is distributed in three provinces who are reporting to me on the delivery of the students support services.

Good learning curve
Very good working condition with reasonable aqremuneration. How to handle work load pressure under every condition. Professionalism . Working overtime was one of the things we managed to pull in when needed

Growing very well
include admin work data capturing working very well with workers working as team to reach the rest of the business of the day managing 1000 student or more everyday most challenging aspect is for late coming student i learnt to manage 1000 students without any mistake numbering very well interns of balancing
