EXCELLENT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

working at University of Johannesburg was great for me. I worked with the best team and researchers throughout my time there. I learned a lot from them: for instance, leadership and service, thriving in a fast-paced environment. what I liked the most was our performance, we got the job done. the most challenging thing about the job was endless studying to understand every research we were working on. and accumulating knowledge every project. working while attending classes on how to operate the lab equipment. as the results I learned more than I needed to know. which made me a suitable leader for the group of interns I was working with.

Pros: opportunity to grow and learn.
Cons: no room for promotion

Family, comforting, motivational and understanding

→ About different E+H measuring instruments: Level, Flow, Pressure, Temperature and Analytics. The basic process of faultfinding, repairs, calibration, verification, commissioning, installation, wiring and servicing of process instruments. → Basics of using Salesforce and SAP software. Creating Accounts, contacts and opportunities on Salesforce. Creating basic quotes with delivery time and discounts. Requesting a quicker Production Delivery Time by doing an EQI. → During the PMI training assisting sessions (9 days = 1 session). I worked on the E+H training rig: Commission, repair and calibrate the instrument and operate the rig from the HMI panel. I taught and transferred basic practical knowledge and operating of E+H instruments to the customers, and the importance of using our website and software to get technical, operating, repair, sales and many other detailed information on E+H product.

Pros: The company takes care of its stuff by training them to be competent in the field and in their job
Cons: Allot of work when other colleagues are absent or attending training
