A typical work day would consist of me attending class and afterwards tutoring students during my consultation hours. Marking was tedious but easy to do.

Big change
Being a student has been a huge learning curve. Moving away from home and not having my parents there with me everyday was hard. The biggest change was learning that no one has to check up on me for me to get things done. I was able to motivate myself enough to study hard and work hard and do my very best at everything.
Pros: Getting an education
Cons: Lots of hard work

Excellent learning curve
Even though I gai ed a lot of experience due to constant being belittled, I can no longer stay at the company. In a balanced work place a person can be the best they can be however when the person is not happy in the workplace and cannot raise issues to management, it becomes difficult.
Pros: Gained a lot of skills. Opportunities to better myself
Cons: Bad management. Belittling behavior
