I am a hardworker and very flexible

I feel i go above and beyond my work duties and dont get paid my value for work done.I deal with customer complaints ,refunds and financial services and yet i get paid minimum wages.I also do Red flag which consists of checking loss incoming and stock being despatched and wasted.I also receive and despatched items to other branches

Pros: I work with great people
Cons: Long working hours.Not getting paid enough.Lack of management backing you up.

Excellent working environment

working under pressure ( it's when there is long queue and customers complain of standing too long) working together as a strong team good communication being focused

Good in customer service and am willing to further my carreer with you

good personal leadership is the best weapon and its the only thing that is gonna push a person to a better future and i enjoy good working relatuonship with my coleaques and i believe in team work and i have learned that working with many people make one open and they end up putting you in the right track and the most challenging thing is when you have to work under pressure due to negligence or receiving communication late

Excellent carers

In busy days there's a lot of pressure but we have to keep it cool, with a smile on your face always. Smiling makes it easier than making customers feel unwelcome with a long face. Treating our with respect co-workers make a very positive working environment, being a team player is always better than working alone. I have learnt that hard work brings success, and two hands are better than one hand. I have learnt to be a team player. I enjoy making a customer happy by delivering a good service, and making sure that the customer is satisfied with every product in the store. The most challenging aspect is to deal with the customers, they are not always nice, and one customer can spoil your day but you have to forget about that and smile be passionate no matter how hard it is, customer is always right.

Good experience i had with Woolworths

The training they have is great.And they hold their staff with great dignity.We help each other where we can and we make a great team and they teach us integrity and how to communicate with customers.

Everyday is challenging at Woolworths but exciting at the same time. We very obsessed with quality and service. We get along with staff as there's is an open door policy and transparency between management and staff

Learn to work with different customers

Have a lot of experience when it comes to customer service. Appreciating the work environment. Best sales person. Reaching budget. How to handle difficult customers and also how to stay calm when they shout at you.
