I've learned how to make good customer service and good in administration.
Hi my name is Amanda Zwane and I have many years worked with customers in and around the industry. I started in markinor makert research company as tele quest and from there I went to theatre drama and was helping in many ways in PR , administration, directing. Than I moved to another company as a sales consultants selling furniture and meeting the budget. Thanks moved to woolworths and worked in customer service and moved to card consultant opening up credit card and loans for customers.
Pros: I want to bring more creative customer service and make the company grow like woolworths

It is challenging to work at large company like the current one am in as you know you have to get work done at all time The relationship with other employees is very good even if there is challengers at other times but as professional workers we deal with this Ethically I have learn too many things like to work as group to communicate planing ahead and being creative to male things happen one of the challenges is that sometimes there is lack of communication and lack of Ethical conduct of other employees because of there background level of education.
Pros: the pros is not much happening

Maintaining good communication, intergrity
Before working for Woolworths since I did IT computers at the college I had told myself that I want a job that will seperate me from other employees like typing on the system the wholeday however working with customers gave me that passion knowing that everyday I should make my customers smile.
Pros: I see myself working as a visual merchandiser in future
Cons: no rest on weekends ,public holidays

They have great experience
It been feir salary for my position but not for my experience,good ethics, Strict with the rules of the company, learnt the important of been parts of a team

Good in customer service and am willing to further my carreer with you
good personal leadership is the best weapon and its the only thing that is gonna push a person to a better future and i enjoy good working relatuonship with my coleaques and i believe in team work and i have learned that working with many people make one open and they end up putting you in the right track and the most challenging thing is when you have to work under pressure due to negligence or receiving communication late

Good experience i had with Woolworths
The training they have is great.And they hold their staff with great dignity.We help each other where we can and we make a great team and they teach us integrity and how to communicate with customers.

Great team player and dedicated
I am currently running a Department which consist of 8 employees that reports directly to me, part of my responsibilities is to ensure that they are up skilled. I manage stock availability on a day to day bases communicating to buyers or planners and also taking customer suggestions. I have a great relation with the employees that are working with me as I have daily meetings to look back what worked or did not work the previous day and also planning for the present and upcoming days. I have learned how to value customers feedback and how to run a business. I enjoy the environment and the work ethics. The most challenging aspects of my duties is to ensure that customers are satisfied which is a challenge that motivates me to think ahead.
Pros: opportunity for growth as my growth is determined by performance.

I'm a customer assistance, I work at the tills, I assist with operation, floor coordinator, and I'm now applying for a training as a pay point coordinator
