This position need someone like that has ability to prioritize, meet deadline in time and multitask, working in the busy corporate industry has been the perfect training for me. Not only has it trained and prepare me for all types of experiences dealing with customers and taught me how to think on my feet and become an expert candidate to my job and how to treat co workers and customers

Im in need for this job to explore other opportunities

Im hard working I can work under pressure and im give excellent customer service we at woolworths work as a family and we go the extra mile for the customer

Pros: its great workimg for this company but the money is not all that
Cons: we work mostly 28 hours and its not that much that we getting

Great interpersonal relationships

The employees i interact with are great to work with. I assist with leave, schedule and pay queries. My co workers are great. I have learnt how to speak to my fellow colleagues in a manner as to train them. I enjoy being supported in what i do and my job development. Most challenging aspect of my job is when a colleague does not work as a team player.

Excellent communication skills, friendliness, calm and collected, proffessional,

I was professional at all times, friendly and worked well under pressure,like this one time I had to assist a very difficult customer, before reporting to my manager I did all that I could to try and solve the customers problem, during the whole process I was calm, with a smile and was patient with the customer. There's a lot I learnt from my every day assistance, 1stly was to always go an extra mile on keeping the customer or client happy and comfortable. What I enjoyed the most, was to put a smile on the client or customers face, that would give me the feeling of satisfactory. They were some challenges but would everyday learn from those challenging experiences.

Learn to work with different customers

Have a lot of experience when it comes to customer service. Appreciating the work environment. Best sales person. Reaching budget. How to handle difficult customers and also how to stay calm when they shout at you.

Everyday is challenging at Woolworths but exciting at the same time. We very obsessed with quality and service. We get along with staff as there's is an open door policy and transparency between management and staff

Excellent carers

In busy days there's a lot of pressure but we have to keep it cool, with a smile on your face always. Smiling makes it easier than making customers feel unwelcome with a long face. Treating our with respect co-workers make a very positive working environment, being a team player is always better than working alone. I have learnt that hard work brings success, and two hands are better than one hand. I have learnt to be a team player. I enjoy making a customer happy by delivering a good service, and making sure that the customer is satisfied with every product in the store. The most challenging aspect is to deal with the customers, they are not always nice, and one customer can spoil your day but you have to forget about that and smile be passionate no matter how hard it is, customer is always right.

It is challenging to work at large company like the current one am in as you know you have to get work done at all time The relationship with other employees is very good even if there is challengers at other times but as professional workers we deal with this Ethically I have learn too many things like to work as group to communicate planing ahead and being creative to male things happen one of the challenges is that sometimes there is lack of communication and lack of Ethical conduct of other employees because of there background level of education.
