Limited only if you know someone than you can grow

Its nice sometimes especially the colleagues that I work with but the work load is too much and the money is too little. We earn 3 days before month end by the 3rd of the next month you already broke.

Adapting to change

Its a good company to work for at the same time demanding in terms of long hours and getting off days when required the atmosphere is great since most times I work with suppliers and our distribution centre at all times and having to deal with internal customers and external customers on their queries regarding their expected deliveries . Overall can say its hard working that keeps me on my toes.Its very educating department at all times having to learn and welcoming new ideas on how to ensure your departments perform on its required expectation.

Pros: Somebody has to apply for a vacant vacancy if there's any .
Cons: Hours are very long but manageable at times

I am very hard working person and have passionate in business company to have my own one day. Am very good in to customer service sales and marketing that build my abilities I want to work in competitive environmen. I am friendly patient and sociable and I will like to use my skills to be a team player at my working place

Customer services

I worked with customers almost 10 years on my life worked for Game, woolworths, Telkom, vodacom so have full experience dealing with under standing customers and difficult customers and im customer oriented

Cons: closed to 9 hours even on Saturday and Sunday

Learning curve

No benefits, no proper structure with training. A typical day at work would be, talking to customer and having trouble with my headset. I had a good relationship with many of my co-workers and that’s what I enjoyed the most. The most challenging part was the structure of management and who I needed to communicate to for certain things.

Diverse learning experience

It was a great company to work at but the salary was not worth the time, effort , passion and sacrifice one put into it . Other than that I loved what I did , the company I worked for and the people I worked with. A typical day was to : -motivate staff to achieve Store targets -To ensure daily store disciplines are in place -Ensure stock is replenished accurately and effectively -Focus on customer service and sales -Manage stock losses and shrinkage .

Working environment

The company ensures the safety and security of its employees. The employees are the companys first priority. Training is provided just in cases of emergencies so that the employees gain knowledge of whats expected in times of emergencies

Pros: Theres lot of growth in the business. Opportunities are there and you get to learn a lot from it. We have IPMs where they measure Performances according to job title. Thats where you speak to line manager and explain where you wanna grow in the store.
Cons: The hours are reasonable depending on the shift we working

Growth individually

It has been a pleasure for me to get a chance to learn about the retail business and how to go on day to day basis with new challenges. Opportunities open up most of the time which gives people a fair chance to step up and change lives. Dealing with customer questions and problem is a profession which needs more focus,time, attentive listening,patience and the love of doing it, I believe I also carry these values which are the most key basic needs to the customer care space. It it healthy to also work positively in a team so as to meet daily targets or to assist each other where one can lack even though sometimes its hard to let a customer know that what's they are asking for is not available or that you as a worker are not allowed to go to such extends we know that its always wise to be open minded and this is where team work plays a role. It is fun when a customer complements on a good job done which makes me see that a happy customer results to a positive assertive day
