Learning curve is that Woolworths sends you to training's

It is good and bad to any workplace according to my experience, so far what is good is to learn more things and experience different people with different ideas and way of doing things, I enjoy to do my work and try my best to deliver expectations and meat deadlines, relationship with co workers is good sometimes hectic when people don't perform then you end up looking bad,and some heartless they can say anything they want to about you just to bring you down.challenging aspects its where you want to grow but management will drag you down and promote because background not according to what people deserve.

Pros: The is a lot of opportunities in the business, you can study through the business and company pay for you.
Cons: Being with wrong people and find out that you may loose your job for nothing

Work

It is a typical day at work, No feeling to enjoy work rather to get the day done, I feel my talents are being wasted. And I feel for a better company I could grow better and make it in life. Just looking for a place with potential and better working hours, currently it's difficult to have a personal life

Pros: Can climb ladder in business
Cons: Horrible shifts
