It’s a good company with lots of opportunities good environment but looking to the salary you can’t cover all your expenses. It’s a company that you as individual can grow within the company and also the benefits are good as well.they treat all their employees equally.

Excellent training
It's a good company that values their employees, working at woolworths is amazing because you learn a lot of things they take employees to trains so that we can be able to communicate with our customers in a good manner and offer them a quality customer service. We work as team with my colleagues and we assist each other always.

Great place to gain work experience
Working for Woolworths has been a great experience, even though I only work two days a week. The environment is very warm and welcoming. I have learnt quiet a lot within the period I have spent with the company. I always wake up with a purpose for going to work. I have learnt to be more responsible, work professionaly with my co-workers and that my job is the only job I have, and I must treasure it.

Great learning curve
I work 8 hours a day,my relationship with my colleagues is very good,u have learnt to work under great pressure...I enjoy the job,the experiences at work..I also enjoy the pressure The most challenging aspects is when we have yo deal with the angry customers.
