Im very passionate about my work ,I love dealing and comunicatiting with customer,we always want to make your shopping expierence as wonderful as possiblr and we strive to make a woolworths difference i work with food and like creating new things and introducing new ideas and products to the customer, i give them advise them on what to buy and what food compliment which make the customer feel like is special and give a good customer service

Work eperience

Working at Woolworths has made me grow and see retail world on another perspective. I started working at Woolworths as a till operator in leas then a year i grew to become a store specialist working at interactive it has build my knowledge in terms of team work, being responsible and putting my customers first and practice integrity.

It's a no work no pay policy

The working environment is amazing the colleagues are awesome....its the working hours and the salary that is not so okay....the standing for long hours is not bad,but atleast the cashiers in the clothing department should also get chairs,because on a not so busy day you feel the pain of standing for the whole day

Determined and willing to go an extra mile

My work day would be along the lines of being productive at work at all Times My relationship with co workers is important and we should be able to recognize each other and we should withstand the ground together for strong team work, we plan our daily activities or duties and deliver I have learnt that a store or business will function well only if Assistance is key in your team and helping each other grow also helps the strategic development of my skills and grows the business or company too I enjoy being available to customers and being able to deliver their expected needs and wants when shopping. The most challenging aspect of my job is when you have less co workers to pull the strings when you are busy with something more important and theres no one to to deal with the one that is urgent.
