The clothing business requires to plan for launch seasonally, go through emails to check on the day to day tasks for business expectations, work collaboratively with others on an 9 hour day shift, I've learned to lead and organize which is what I enjoy most, inventory can be lacking which affects customer service

Excellent learning curve

I had a very enjoyable experience working for Woolworths, meeting new people everyday coming with different queries needed to be solved.i was learning something new everyday and meeting new people. Teaching my juniors how to handle customer queries and how to solve them .teaching them not to leave customer unhappy as you must alwys solve customers queries as they depend on us when it comes to their queries about their accounts.being a problem solver was my middle name and I was enjoying it as it was also helping me individually even when I am not at work.if I had another chance I would go back and work for them but the problem made me to leave was Personally...forced me to leave town and relocate to Rustenburg. Tried getting a tranfer to other Woolworths stores this side but no luck as there were no vacancies at that time I needed to leave.i resigned and served my notice.................. ........ . .. .... .. ... ...... .... ....... ....... .. . ...... ..... ... . ..... ...

Peoples Person

2014 June I started to work as a Customer Service Assistant at Woolworths Sandton City Till 2016 February I resign. From this two companies they teach me a lot how to treat customers and make them feel welcome at Home. Managing Admin staff, teach staff to follow policy of the company and lead them by example at Atlas Finance. At Woolworths -Be attention to customers. Give information about the features, quality and availability of different product. Help customers to find product they looking for in the shop. I learn how to treat a customers no matter what they gave u. I enjoy to be around floor talk with customers about Sales, promotion and learn a lot from customers.

Excellent work environment

Great employee culture . Good company values. Great visual exposure. Customer centric. Employee appreciation. Lots of pressure during launches and store visits. Responsibilities almost the same as management

Great

Working here was an amazing experience because you got to meet so much people of different races and personalities,my colleagus were super sweet always nice,always teaching me extra things,managers were the the best always nice and understanding, honestly I always looked forward to work.

Woolies is one of the best company in s.awish all retail were like woolies

Working with customers is not easy in woolies. Customer come first in that way you treat them like king/queen.eg if customer ask me about products tha he/she does not find in store I take he/she to the product. When I have difficulty customer I first I give full attention to the customer listen to what he/she complaining about them apologize ask what is that I can do for her refund or give her another item.we team work. No matter how busy we we help each other I work. At tills but if the customer wants help at the floor. I also assist. I learned that giving your employees information about this like how much does the business do how to prevent shrinkage, how are they benefiting that help employees to be trustworthy.i enjoy going to training all the time cos I'm growing every time I go for different trainings.
