Good experience taught
Really showed me I can take on any challenge. It surely built courage in learning more about whatever is around me. I believe once u get to know what you want to do it becomes a learning curve for you in that particular thing. I'm now observant than before. I learned to let learning take it's course so even if you meet a new challenge I can do more than expected of me alone.
Pros: I feel I'll be a good asset to your company.
Cons: 6-6 even overtime and overnight I'm available

Great lurning
Youhave a healthy lifestyle and a good couple of benefits, but promoting people is very slow and it depends on alot of things. Working hours is long but not crazy as you get enough time off and the only bad thing is that they don't pay overtime for management for working public holidays, they give you days off

Good company to work for but the is no chances of growth as a person or a worker in their company
It's a rotational shift type of work and we work 7.5 hounds a day We get along with our senior management and as workers we work as a team with our colleagues I leaned time management and the use of rd scanners I enjoyed our way of doing things with our managers we work as a team with our colleagues
Pros: No chances of growing within the company
Cons: half day and 4days a week

Experienced more things about customers
I do admin ,control queue,manage tills, resolve customer enquiries,pack stock, receive stock and do orders and do meetings among my team motivate them and also assist them with knowing store guide.
Pros: I can become a manager from where I am now because of the work I do in the store
Cons: I can work long hours,do extra mile especially for customers

Excellent learning opportunity
I worked for a month. They paid under the belt R2000-R3000 a month. I left because of that. Otherwise there's positives within induction of the company. Well established and structured company with professional speakers. Writhing working environment, from back it's upside down, untidy and not organized. Line manager, need more training on how to work with their workers. There's too much to deal with so production can be effective.
Pros: None while was there
Cons: There's too many shifts with different stuff and of course changing of managers when changing shifs, hours are less so does the salary end of the month. That's a negative impact towards others who need money like I did. 26hrs a week doesn't work for us all.

Excellent
It was a wonderful experience and a good place to work at.. They way we were taught to handle the customer was amazing and the way the company goes the extra mile for the customer or their customers.

Good working environment
I work at woolworths Mall of Africa it is very big and busy on especially on weekends. The environment is good I have a very good relationship with my co-worker and managers I have learnt alot from it like different types of clothing and food I've leant to multi task and work in a big company that has customers that want everything to be perfect and never change. I enjoy interacting with different customers everyday because I am an extrovert. The most challenging part of the job is getting a promotion because we work with plus or minus 500 people.
Pros: When you apply when there are available posts
