I have been working for ABSA for Nine years.
My Company is a greate Company to work for although it has its challenges like any other company. I have leant how to work with people and how to chace targets and meet dead lines. One of the most challenging things in my job is targets we have very high targets that can not be easly met but, but one has to make strategies in meeting those targets.
Pros: Its a greate company to work for, because it looks after its employees in a very possitive way.
Cons: The cons of working for my company is targets.

I am currently working as telesales consultant at credit clear company
I have all experience and qualities to deliver at all times very eager to learn,always ask if I don't understand, team players and educate each other, I am always do follow ups with my existing clients in order to get how is the service and get referrals

Excellent learning curve
It was a very exciting and challenging job.i was in a credit card division,I have delt with everything that has to do with credit card,such as increasing and decreasing the limit,tracing replacement and tracing new cards.list is endless for my day to day duties.Relationship with my co-workers was good and professional.i have learn to work under pressure and also to work as team.The relationship I had with clients was amazing,communicating with clients I enjoy doing that.challenging part was receiving call after call with out catching a breath.

Banking experience especially for compliance
I am working normal day hours which is eight and overtime if requested to work so. our working relationship is very nice because we were working as a team, we were assisting each other as a team. I gained more experience in Kyc, remediation and got a light on what exactly money laundering means, what are the peps and the legal documents which are needed to be uploaded on bank's systems. I have also gained an experience on Research. I enjoyed much of client data capturing and reviewing their documents. The most challenge is when we requests documents from the clients and they delayed to reach us.
Pros: Working smarter brings a quality job
Cons: Working under pressure disturbs good quality, so is much better to finish job in time to avoid pressure

Excellent learning curve
a typical day would be me coming to work, answering call, attending to clients emails in our communication box. amend policies, assist with discount, lodging claims. and capturing data on the system whiles busy with client on the phone. i have a good relationship with my co-workers to a point where we are like family working together to achieve the same goal i have learned how to multi task, working on different systems while on the phone with the client. the challenges i face are usually after natural disasters where call volumes would be extremely heavy, but the end of the day we manage to assist client

My relationship with my Co-workers
I enjoying Serving my Customers and working with my co-workers. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with calls especially end of the month. I have learnt that your customers are valued the same provided how much money they spent or use, i have to treat them with respect and honor.
