It was a great opportunity working for Absa as I gain so much experience that assist me to performe well at my job. Time management is one of my skills, I am target driven and always achieve goals I set for myself.

Daily routing

Doing early shift for business users to find one person to tackle their application issues, sometimes I go around and check if all application are working fine or wait for incident to be logged then troubleshoot and close incident. If it may happen that issue require 2nd or 3rd party I escalate to the relevant technician for troubleshooting. If an incident logged against individual in a team during their absent, we trouble shoot and close incident. I like application support it helps me learning almost every application they depend on.

i am hard working diligent person who is looking for the job as an administrator i am currently working as sales consultant in a bank, i would like to widen my career horizon persue bigger challenges as i always strive to give the best all the time in my work.

I AM A BANK TELLER I HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGUES I HAVE LEARNT A LOT OF THINGS LIKE BANKING PROCEDURES, PRODUCTS AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHAT I ENJOY IS THAT I CAN BE ABLE TO LEARN NEW THING EACH AN EVERYDAY AND EXPERIENCE AS WELL. THE MOST CHALLANGING ITS WHEN YOU CAN SELL EVERY PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE TO CONVINCE THEM IN ORDER TO WIN

Excellent learning curve and exposure to various types of insurance products

Client service and policy administration Over 56 different policies, ranges from different funeral products, Credit life products which cover Personal loans, Revolving loans, Credit cards and Vehicle finance. We also deal with life covers, hospital and accidental cover. We deal with clients, brokers, and broker assistants, as well as branch consultants daily. Assisting with Customer complaints case resolution and compiling monthly report of the customer complaints cases

Getting funds for kids that are destitute and have no parents.

I have a good relationship customers, learning to know that people are different and we have to deal with every situation differently. Learn each day from situation we encounter each day. and take challenges as another way of learning curve. Work hard in order to achieve better in every thing.

Excellent learning

i currently don't work but the working there was nothing but of great pleasure. the person i worked under was understanding and helped were help was needed. on day to day basis i would lock in at 8 and answer calls from different clients and help with their different needs as i was a customer service client, i enjoyed working with co-workers as i'm a peoples person, i learned a lot about being patient as i didn't have that in me and most of all the really loved helping the different clients that called in on a daily basis.
