Excellent learning Curve

Working in a call centre has awarde me with lots of knowledge of customer service and sales. and it has taught me to work under pressure and be able to understand customer queries and to solve those problem. It has allowed to grow even further in my career so that I can be able to climb the ladder and be successful in life.

A learning curve

I have been with Ageis for 2 years now and I have learned so much. From mobile department to fix line department and being an assistant team leader has developed and grown me. Dealing with different and difficult clients is not easy but when working as a team you find it easy. I have the best team ever, we push and improve each other. The most difficult thing is working hard and loving your job but get paid nuts.

Campaign is very fun dealing with customers who are planning to travel, booking holidays and cruises, gives an opportunity to learn about the travel and tourism industry which is very fun and interesting.

Customer Service

Thje most important thing is to work as team more than anything. So on a daily basis we have targets to meets rated on our NPS Scores . I have learnt that the customer is always right . The clients are from UK so the language barrir its the acent precisely

Great learning experience

Learning how to deal with foreign nationals,especially Uk customers was one of the greatest achievements. As I got to learn about their culture and differently they do some of the things from the way we do . Getting to understand and accept them for the way they are was another point . Adapting to their tradition of how they operate and live their lives was another thing I had to do . Also knowing that life is not as easy as what we see on our televisions . Also having to learn how to pick up or sense vulnerability of a customer while having a conversation with over the phone was one my greatest achievements. I had read between the lines before a customer even mentioned or explained their situation to me .
