Great Skills and knowledge provider
Great working environment I'm able to work well under pressure now because towards the end of the month and the beginning that's when we are most busy with account queries and suspended services. I enjoy interacting with different clients that call in to be assisted with their account queries and technical issues. The colleagues are like family. It is a professional working environment that takes care of its employees.

Excellent learning and experience curve
Some days were depressing and some were good depending on the rotation of shifts and the number of people in duty. A typical day fulfilled, I would complete the daily activities made by the company to monitor/improve performance, I would log in to my system, pick up calls take my break and lunch at the scheduled time then end my shift on time. I enjoyed working with team and the other teams I had a good relationship almost with everyone on the floor including managers. I have learnt to listen attentively and communicate effectively with everyone including the customers, I have learnt to resolve any technical queries regarding devices. The most challenging aspect was dealing with erate customers, conflicts of interests, overwhelming job demands.

Excellent learning curve
working with UK customers is the best. However the management at Aegis is sometimes poor. The overall experience of working there is Great. The hours should be limited though. Thanks

Excellent learning curve
We don't need a weakened government but a strong government that would take responsibility for the rights of the individual and care for the society as a whole.Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. The path towards a free society has not been simple. There are tragic and glorious pages in our history . Was it not enough punishment and suffering in history that we were uprooted and made helpless slaves not only in new colonial outposts but also domestically . Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. Art, freedom and creativity will change society faster than politics

AEGIS have helped me a lot with the experience but I feel like it's time to go for greener pastures.i haven't grow for t past 2 years and I work very hard but still no growth

New product and environment
Having working at Aegis I truly have to say that it was tapping in to q new environment which was so beneficial to me as I got learn more about travelling and having to liaise with United Kingdom Customer as it is the campaign that I am working in just a different kind if environment and also having to learn the culture of travelling from a different country, initially when I just aegis it was a bit of a challenge as the accent was a bit different from south Africa so over the time I've learned and have much broad knowledge of the calibre of customers they are which has made it easier for me to fully understand I love the fact that Aegis is a calm place to work in everybody respect each other around, as we are all a team. Great training
I believe a little more can be offered as we working long hours and solve all kinds of queries from bills to technical support and orders the communication line is not so good between employer and employees as we get assigned to tasks there and there without any prior notice the training is good and extensive
