Excellent learning curve

Aegis has given me such a great opportunity to develop myself and learn more about the call centre environment. The company is not too bad as within it there are people with beautiful souls from the management to the colleagues. Besides the salary is too little, I'd say it's a great working environment for school leavers,it's basically working from hand to mouth.

Cons: Too little income (salaries), limited promotions with departments.

A learning curve

I have been with Ageis for 2 years now and I have learned so much. From mobile department to fix line department and being an assistant team leader has developed and grown me. Dealing with different and difficult clients is not easy but when working as a team you find it easy. I have the best team ever, we push and improve each other. The most difficult thing is working hard and loving your job but get paid nuts.

My work environment is not exciting as there are no motivation like bonuses and incentive

There are empty promises,and negetive vibes in the center. There is no motivation in terms of good work and less promotion People are being retrenched from work

Exciting Industry

Brilliant learning curve as this environment taught me a great deal of Travel and Tourism Industry and how its important to deliver excellent customer service. -Builds confidence -Communication Skills -Listening Skills -Working in a team and working with your team in handling problems -Pro-active working environment I mostly enjoyed making our clients happy throughout the calls and listening to their excitement regarding planning these holidays.

Aegies customer care

s on multitasking while been patient. Working at agies was great, we all worked well in teams, customers were our priority we worked well and always made sure clients queries where resolved I would love to join your team , it will be a great platform to show case my skills. The reason why I want to join the team is to enhance my skill set, and gain more experience.I work well in teams I'm a 25 year old female who is currently working for Telkom under an agency named Bluetech Retail. I have customer service skills, I have experience in working with people. I'm an outgoing, well mannered individual.. I work well with people, I'm computer literate, and I can show case my skills. When working under pressure , I always keep my self calm and focus on multitasking while been patient. I would love to join your team , it will be a great platform to show case my skills. Excellent learning skills

there is no proffesionalism there's too much nepotism, all senior positions are filled by one specific ethnic group of people,of which th owner of the company falls under the same group of people.
