there is no proffesionalism there's too much nepotism, all senior positions are filled by one specific ethnic group of people,of which th owner of the company falls under the same group of people.

Learning Curve

I have worked shifts and i didnt have a problem with it. It was a great invironment and worked with a great team of young adults who were working hard everyday to meat the team targets. It was a great and challenging environment as you get to speak to a new person everyday with a different character. No matter what goes on your your life you always have to be happy and bring yourself to understand what the other person want and assist with perfection

Entry level

The Environment is good , in a sense of togetherness is well felt , friendly faces in a nutshell the place is a good learning curve with good folks. Essentially the con out Weigh the pro in terms of finances , im not one to moan and complain i do my job with no hesitation but theres no worse feeling then your efforts not being recognised.

Pros: Great learning curve + super environment
Cons: Cant sustain yourself on the salary

Good Communication skill

I am a reservation I do booking for hotels, on a scheduled basis will do emails enquires. When we respect each with people I work with and values other people ideas, and they value yours, I have learned to communicate and respect each other, I enjoy talking with my people, Gaining knowledge, the most challenging out is when I am assigned to do complaint only and you will come across of customer who will still complaint on what they have sent via email, it does take longer to get the email to be escalated on time

Execellent platform to learn

good company for growth,learning and grooming interms of customer care. i have learned to win over customers as well as irate customers. the most challenging thing was the shifts work but all in all everything was good and a good experience

Great learning curve and good for experience as well

Being here has really thought and grown me in a great way . Yes I can the pay is not good but the environment is great and being around people from different backgrounds and learning new things everyday is an amazing experience for me . The challenges which I encounter on a day to day basis is usually dealing with different kinds of customers with different expectations .

Pros: the colleagues are awesome
Cons: the pays not good !!!

I learnt alot and good environment

Great environment to work in , great culture. The HR does their job so well it is a home away from home. When I got retrenched from my campaign I was put in another one but salary dropped which I didn't like

Excellent

I have done a certificate in computers and management and also bachelor degree in commerce and management. I have a 5 year experience working as a customer care consultant were my responsibilities were explaining customers invoices, logging disputes and resolving them at the same time and also cancelling customers account

Gain a lot of experience from the company.- Your relationship with co-workers -it is the good one

Providing daily stats regarding the performance position of the team Motivating the team Listening to calls taken by the agents and providing coaching whilst handling escalations Managing the leave application process and providing incident reports Handling call centre staff resignations HR Policies and Procedures Answering inbound calls in order to ensure that customer queries are resolved Logging faults Concentrating on resolving issues and finding the root cause of the issue
