Good company to work for
Am working as part of a supportive team and can work well by myself. Have a very supportive and hands on manger which is what I like the most the most challenges are mare the client expectations, but working as a team we overcome those challenges.

Create job opportunities for unemployed and Graduates
HR department has an extreme workload and lot of pressure. What is very challenging about this job is the outdated system for onboarding, new and current employees still need to complete forms.

I was Head of Operations at a debt collection attorney and was responsible for exceeding our monthly targets consistently. I was the Portfolio Manager at NMG Consulting and created highly level reports and analysis of data which was presented to the Minister of Transport. I was a Team Leader at Hollard and cleared 2 years backlog within 4 months which ensured that Hollard continued to keep the administration of many large schemes. Excellent and professional experience
My company is very well recognised. We are target driven. Strive to meet SLA every time. I work under a very demanding and highly pressurized environment. I have learned a lot especially POPI, how to treat clients fairly and always putting our client first. I enjoy customer service, solving queries and communication. I also enjoying working with digits and compiling reports.

1. At my current employer, work allocation can be hectic as one person normal allocated with more.
1. At my current employer, work allocation can be hectic as one person normal allocated with more. 2. Relationship with co-workers can be 50/50 as most of the time people are more focus on finishing their daily task other that on socialising. 3. I learnt to be a hard worker. When I started I thought I wouldn’t cope however I am now more organise and able to schedule myself and more fast and at the same time accurate. 4. Friendly work environment and the support from the Leaders. 5. Working at client services and on complaints department, when you are the last resort for member and having to ensure that you have to change their dissatisfaction to satisfaction is very challenging.
Pros: They are taking care of employees, physical and emotianal as long as you come forward and raise your voice.

Acquiring new skills
A fast pace enviroment with deadlines and cut off times that wll keep you on your toes. I am currently working as most functions are interdependent with in the team members which required one to have a good relationship with team members to pay attention to detail.
