I have grown so much in this company mentally, physically and academically. I am a hard working woman with ability to grow my self and the goal of the company. I am confident and proud what this company has taught me.

Relatively flexible hours. Great leave policy. Great opportunity to do self study and career development. Upgrades projects to new technology was great exposure to project management and the technical exposure.

Learning curve

I recently got qualified as an artisan after 3 years of apprenticeships and I learned the importance of good communication with my co-workers and following instructions. I enjoy working as a team. The challenging thing is working under extrem hot temperatures.

I was doing my apprenticeship training at Arcelormittal for 3 years, so I'm qualified electrician with Red Seal. I can able to work under pressure and I'm looking forward to working together with you as soon as possible.

Big Company , Great all round experience.

The role of one day being a successful Mechanical Reliability Engineer is very appealing for me and I believe that my strong technical experience and education make me a highly competitive candidate for this position one day. I Am a Curious South-African looking for new adventure abroad. My key strengths that I have to achieve my goal are: • I have successfully designed, developed and executed big Projects • I strive continually for excellence • I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers. • Steelmaking and Experience Learned from it. • Maintenance tasks and Standby support at big factory I spearheaded two capital projects from Design to Commissioning. I worked earth moving equipmemt and loccomotives

I learn how to rebuild loccomotive and do maintanace on earth moving equipment like hell dump trucks and hyno trucks a dosen front end loaders and Bob cats and work horses and fork lifts

Great interpersonal skills on faultfinding

awhen we got a break aWell when we got a breweakdown we work as team, for more efficiency.my collegues are young as myself so communication is great among us.Most challenging part I would say is when you do standby and get multiple calls at a time you have prioties the most important one not to keep the plant standing. I enjoy the program and wish I could learn more and

It's a great exposure for starters

Working at this big company is amazing, u get to learn everyday. For myself as I have been working with the maintenance support team, I have been to almost all the plants we have and it has been an amazing experience.
