Excellent learning experience
It's a great place to work for and the It's a great place to start your internship. Get a lot of exposure and experience. My co-workers are very friendly and helpful. The downside is that we don't get to go out for training which limits us when it comes to promotions are friendly and understanding and very helpful

Well I've learned that working with people you have to give each other chances to give out options on work related matters and I've learnt to be understanding at that
Pros: Always be on time , do maintenance on time and keep record of the work you have done on job cards

Product development role
My day starts with production review meetings. Plant issues related to machines are submitted or expressed in that meeting Plant visit for the technical evaluation of the issues in the plant Modify designs for better performance. Modifications are done using inventor professional and the manufacturing process happens internally At times new products are requested by customers and I would as a specialist designer develop that product from concept phase until the he final product. These would be handled as projects

Excellent learning
Amsa is a great organisation to learn in. The wide variety helps groom a person to perform.. The process us is one that is integrated and hence to importance if reliability is important.

It has been a good learning experience and career growth space.
It has been a great experience f working for an international company with different people coming from different parts of the world. The culture in AMSA is great and and the people are friendly. AMSA provide a lot learning opportunities for its employees as well. I have learned a lot and also bring an opportunity to apply my skills and experience.

Good learning opportunity
I work 5 days a week Monday to Friday 0730am to 0430pm. Good relations learnt more about working with people. Learnt to be a team member and manage change

Growth on the field of Information and Communication Technology
Enjoy working with people .Although being at the centre of things people expect that their ICT problems must be resolved as simple as ABC. I appreciate a lot of learning before executing task. Interested in new technology and willing to learn when I am given an opportunity. What I enjoy the most is repeated staff in terms of the system I am working on such includes managing data on the database. The most important think I have learn in my company is that it is important to build working relationship with fellow workers which are what makes a great team.
