Good exposure to another level of retail
I am a leader of a sales team and I make it a point that they are always motivated and ready to achieve that sales targets. I have learnt a lot of product knowledge and different retail strategy on how to enhance and develop a relationship with fellow employees and clients. I enjoy working with people and see the hard work turning to achievements and goals , I enjoy motivating the team and the most challenging part of my work finding a replacement strategy and convince my team that the initial strategy did not work and finally making them to abiode and accept the new strategy

Excellent working environment
I make sure that our customers are attended to and assisted without having to look for someone to help them. We do stock taking and arrange with other branches if we short of certain stock/merchandise. Make sure the customer feels welcomed and I reach my sales target. Interact with customers and colleagues throughout the day.
Pros: Meeting different people on a daily basis.

Great learning curve
I am young keen who is self – motivated, I have good a interpersonal relations and good communicating skills, I am a very fast learner and hardworking team player who can be able to work without supervision and very good in time keeping. I have completed my matric in 2007 and I’m currently studying Office Admin diploma with Quest Computer Skills Centre. I am currently working for cape union mart for four years now, I am one responsible, reliable, Loyal, supportive and committed to quality. One person who always looking for solutions to solve problems and willing to walk a mile to get things done and self – disciplined competent candidate. Your consideration of this application will be highly appreciated in this regard

Innovative and Business oriantated
A typical day at work would be a broad list of duties from ensuring the neatness of the store is up to standard, ensure bar coding and pricing is correct. Is sale are being launched i manage and merchandise appropriate areas of the store. Ensuring the store goes through seasonal change to optimize sales. Merchandise the store to assist the store in making turn over basically. I have a good relationship and have an open mind when meeting people I have learned how to guide people into similar roles and can run event up 250 people. I enjoy the creative aspect of my job after the research to find the appropriate location for certain stock Challenging part of being a merchandiser is trying to make the store look full with low levels of stock

Excellent working curve
I have a healthy relationship with my colegues,we always work together as a team and we advice each other and encaurage one another to do good.I work as a sales assistant and a cashier in my store. I sometimes give my team mates training on our products.i have learnt that hard work pays and as a person you never stop learning.most importantly i have learnt that team work is important.I enjoy the feeling of seing a smile on my customers face,that is an achievement to me and joy to my heart. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with an angry and grumpy customer,it takes time and a calculative mind to see that customer walk out with a smile.

Excellent learning curve
It's a weekend job was compile their filing, Write reports and reviews on the staff performance. Update statistics through MS Office(Excel, outlook, word amd powerpoint) would do follow up on stock availability and ensure that co-workers understand deadlines and there were team building activity that I every staff would get update with the department and the requirements at the manager level. My relationship witH co-workers was basically work related and respectful. I have learnt good time management, effective work performance and meeting deadlines on time, always resolving conflict on one-to one basis. I enjoy the free atmosphere and customer service. The challenging part was to adjust my work along with my school work and being able to work hard as a student and as an employer.

Good learning experience
The day starts with a meeting where our figures are discussed. Once finished we go to the floor to prepare the store. I have a professional and understanding relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy working with people. The challenging thing is taking care of all departments at once.

Excellent learning curve
I work as a leader making sure that I coach my team through out the day.I've learnt how to work with different types of customers and enjoy the different challenges with each and everyone of them.overcoming all the challenges is the best.
