Been with the company for a quite some but havent grown
Excellent working condition but no growth as they tend to hire externally and you have to wait a long time to grow. The employees love what they do and are great at helping team members. The most challenging part is trying to grow but I enjoy working and meeting new people.

i think im ready to apply what i have learned elsewhere
I like working with people a lot but i think i can do a lot better in a bigget place where i get to deal with more than what i am doing now, i know i will be able to adjust because i was brought up in the city and not used to where i am now

Excellent learning curve
Every morning we do counts,clean,and later morning meetings.the company trains leaders to be better leaders in very weeks we do team leaders meetings

Excellent learning curve
The culture is something different from any other retail company. Co-workers are like family. You are not micromanaged here instead you are entrusted with taking ownership of your role and execution of your work is a reflection of your personal values and wether or not they align with that of the company.

Excellent learning curve
I view myself as a loyal and responsible worker, strict, ethical and committed. Function very well independently as well as in groups, excel under pressure. I am of sober habits customer orientated relating to my colleagues and superiors and is a problem solver. I have good communication and interpersonal relations and am extremely proactive and organized with a strong work ethic. I am willing to learn. Versatility is the key to success and knowledge is in abundance, whatever the opportunity.

Great culture
Being number 1 in customer service and going the extra mile for our loyal and any customer. Motivating the team members on a daily basis. Allowing workers to bring their problems to work so they can deal with it I their own way on the sales floor bringing out a positive outcome in the end for the business and the employee. Having all the tools for customers to purchase at cape union mart easier. As a leader it is vital to always have a positive mind set and drive good vibes onto others.
