Not a place to be if you want to grow and get support from management.

I have worked at this company for years. My colleagues have been fantastic for all this time. The issues starts with how staff are managed. There are always payroll queries now, and that's something that's never been there before.

Pros: No pros that I can think of

Good learning curve

It is a very good environment, alot of pressure and teaches you to multitask and always put your customers first, You have to take control of the call and use positive words in every call and apply all the Capetonian 8 principles

Ability to work on all their campaigns.

Goid place to wotk at, provide transport but long hours and campaigns have different perks and cons opened new branch in maitland lots of campaigns to choose from very processed and supportive always makes sure staff is able to get to and from work with realiable transport.........lovely culture and easy to work yourself up

A good company to start out in, good training there are also some good benefits that the company offers. shifts are 9am-9pm and 10am-10pm during daylight savings

Excellent curve of learning

Nothing to really tell. Tiring hours, small amount of money and there is growth for such people not all the people. There is too much pressure and long hours, it's a very difficult place to be and it's stressing

Good learning experience. Healthy challenges

I had a good experience. The campaign I worked on, British Gas, was amazing. I loved my work, I dealt with customers who had problems with their gas and electricity. I dealt with payments and meter faults. Assisting with bookings of appointments and making sure that agents do the right thing

Pros: Working with new people every single day. Every day is a new day with new challenges. I liked being challenged. I didn't get lazy or bored.
Cons: Pay queries, poor management, ad work ethics

Excellent growth opportunity

Nice place to work as the people we work with are fantastic and understanding. A very demanding campaign which develops people when it comes to coping with pressure
