Please find the enclosed my latest CV, I would like to apply for Call centre position I am an organized person who comes from an administrative background, with a varied job role which also includes chasing late payments, sending invoices, ensuring invoices are paid on time and keeping accurate records and files of invoices and remittance advices. I enjoy creating new system to ensure that files and records are kept up-to-date at all times and maintained. All this can be done equally as well as manually and computerized. I also pick up new system quickly and I am always willing to learn any new skill in order for me to get better in what I do every day.

Excellent learning curve

Some of my traits like the ability to manage time and people (both oneself and others )successfully;the ability to sell ideas and persuade others; who handles collections and keep track of financial statement of the organization. My main role was preparing billings and assisting account department with claims submission; resolving claim rejection problems; reviewing client’s accounts ; applying and ensuring billing and claims processing as in compliance with regulatory requirements; preparing and presenting reports to the management and coordinating with necessary parties and information them about eligibility criteria for claim submission

Good learning curve

Working at Cell C is such a great experience even though it is tough at times.Doing sales is not an easy job specially when you come across clients that is not well informed and does not give you a chance to explain to them on how you can make life easier for them. Leaving work without meeting your daily target is very depressing . I get along very well with my colleagues not that we are friend I even keep them a distance away from me . I have learn a lot here at work specially on how to deal with rude clients .i enjoy work the most when i met target that makes my job more exciting.The challenge I battle with is to offer a client an additional package whereby yo can see that the client can not afford it but for the sake of target you still need convince the client to take it

Excellant learning opportunities

Great working environment, normal working hours from 08H00 to 17H00 and till 13H00 on weekends, colleague are very good to work with, I have learned administration skills, Microsoft office package, stock controling, repairs, customer receiving and satisfaction, Marketing, self promotion, customer service techniques and patients.

Great company to work for, limited growth

I enjoy the work i do; however, the company fails to give recognition for the efforts made. Telecommunications industry grows rapidly day by day with systems changing and employees putting the company on a map of bieng the best company to work for. Internally it is not the same. It is not easy moving forward with the changes brought timeously.

Cistomer oriented

My day at work entails Daily stock take, inventory control, cash ups and banking. Customer queries and complaints handling. I lead a team of 5 consultants in general. At Cell C, I learnt the importance of team work, pitting the customer first, no matter what and the importance of product knowledge.

Pros: Great way to educate yourself about front end customer care.
Cons: Store level safety and security is awfully poor.
