I enjoy working with people and selling product that benefit the need of a customers
I worked at altech Autopage for 3 years i was team leader as we never had a manager . then moved to cell c as I was a sales consultant what I enjoyed was high sales volume and the nessesary pressure we dealt with , the competition was very high and healthy and it was a great team work . everyone was allocated accounting to their best ability and we helped each other when it was required . the worse about being a cellular sales consultant is having to deal with queries and some had to be escalated to technical department . but above all I love working with people and meeting new challages you grow and become a better sales consultant

Good working underpresure
I work in a warehouse where I work all over I work at receiving to capture stock in a system, and I also to put away stock to HI bay. any where were the are underpreture they want me to work there cause I can work in a team and alone.my co-worker believe in me and we also teach each other new things. I enjoy when I work with people who enjoy there job and discuss plans and the most challenging aspects of the job is work under management that doesn't believe in the team or doesn't do follow ups.

Excellent learning curve
Some of my traits like the ability to manage time and people (both oneself and others )successfully;the ability to sell ideas and persuade others; who handles collections and keep track of financial statement of the organization. My main role was preparing billings and assisting account department with claims submission; resolving claim rejection problems; reviewing client’s accounts ; applying and ensuring billing and claims processing as in compliance with regulatory requirements; preparing and presenting reports to the management and coordinating with necessary parties and information them about eligibility criteria for claim submission
Pros: Great platform to learn and gain experience
Cons: Last shift ends at 11pm

I am ambitious,hard working and very bubble.i work well in a team as well as on my own. I love setting coles and taking on new tasks and responsibilities which I always succeed in

Cell C has groomed me, i started as a Call Center Agent from there i moved up to an administrator.
I am now able to work well with a group of people and able to sympathize with them. make sure that the staff is happy at all time to ensure that they deliver the best service to our customer. I was able to move from being a post paid an agent to an Administrator simply because I was continuously excelling at my expectations. when opportunities came was able to apply.
Pros: I am able to interact with people and learn a lot more from them and still interact with our welkin customer which keeps me updated with our products
Cons: They is not must growth in KZN i would have to move to JHB. i'm capable of a lot more. Growth is limited

We are a shift working inviroment
we are a shift working inviroment you need to have good personal relationship with co workers as we take handover shift need to know there behaviour which I have managed to deal well with then. you learn everyday as with monitoring you encounter different fault to manage each and everyday challenging aspects are technician who thing they know better then you when give assign a job to them what I have learned over the years its that you learn every day of your life and asking and sharing ideas always helps to make life easy.

Able to work under pressure
My main aim is to reach the given target Even if it means working after hours, as long as I do what I'm paid for. My priority is to make sure that my employer is happy at all times and growing as a company. I'm a friendly people who's able to work in a group, it is easy to socialise with the personality that I have
