Excellent learning curve

Some of my traits like the ability to manage time and people (both oneself and others )successfully;the ability to sell ideas and persuade others; who handles collections and keep track of financial statement of the organization. My main role was preparing billings and assisting account department with claims submission; resolving claim rejection problems; reviewing client’s accounts ; applying and ensuring billing and claims processing as in compliance with regulatory requirements; preparing and presenting reports to the management and coordinating with necessary parties and information them about eligibility criteria for claim submission

No Growth

It's not a nice place working there. There's no growth and their salary is bad. Leak of managing skills Ignorant management Poor working environment The money is so small I heard fellow employees saying Jo'burg and kzn are getting better leads unlike us at Bloemfontein. It's not nice working at a place where you know you won't grow. It's discouraging.

Pros: We were told that we won't get any promotions
Cons: Long hours and work on weekends with no pay

Excellent learning curve

The culture in this company is amazing, the people are great and very helpful, we work hard, play hard,,, The fact that we get excited whenever month is closer,,

Pros: Knocking off early everyday means i get home early to assist my kids with homework

I learned a lot as we would go for training at times for new things in the company.

I had a great experience as it was my second job and we had a great relationship with each other it felt like home though at times we had our differences but we always found a way to solve them. We loved our customers that even when they were passing by they always greeted us and they knew where to come when they needed help we worked extra miles just to see them walking out smiling.

Pros: I was working hard to see my self getting promoted

Excellent customer service

I'm a 24 years old female, who just finished her first year at Boston College, currently studying towards my diploma in office administration. I'm very hard working and I would really like to be given this opportunity to show my skills and grow towards the field that I'm studying.

Consistency

Consistency and dedication helps to amplify the drive to achieve bigger and better. In the time I have been working at cell c both in customer service, sales department and insurance department I have learnt that being consistent helps to achieve better results than you have set for your self. An environment like place where growth is not impossible but the strongest lesson being taught is experience and an equipment to do better else where should you come to a point where you have to leave. People who used to work here still pass by to greet and they do come through even on work events.

Customer Services an Sales

Currently I have to provide customer service and deal with queries I also make sales an apply my utmost to reach my daily target I start my day off with a positive mindset and we have quite a few challenges whereby we have to rich a certain target by the end of the month , in my current work place we work lovely together as a team as we have a great understanding with good leadership skills. We have quite days an crazy days but each day we having a fun day .

Excellent experience.

I work predominantly in front-end design, development and integration. My career started in 2013 and since then I have gained extensive experience of web design and development in an academic, commercial for both profit and non environment. With a rounded knowledge of Web technologies and creative skills it enables me to work closely with designers to bring designs and interactive elements to life from wireframes, prototyping to site build. I frequently work on designs with complex interactions and integration.
